Must admit, I like the double meaning behind Crash 4's title.
You can take it was being an expression of relief, or perhaps anguish, given the time it took to develop; for it was 12 years between the release of Crash 4 and its predecessor, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.
You can also take it as a literal response about the game's story which concerns the titular character Crash or his sister Coco, who are tasked with saving the multiverse from domination by Doctors Neo Cortex and Nefarious Tropy.
It also works in this case as a response to fans who've been clamoring for its inclusion in the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games package. Not a demographic I'm personally familiar with but I'm sure they're out there.
Again, it's very clever.
