Cheers! It's no worries anyway man. I don't ever need items and my eggs are always full as I refuse to spend on the game now - and rarely put Pokémon in gyms.

I think the ways to boost XP easier and the only real draw being Shiny Pokémon kinda ruined the game for me. I might get back into it a bit more when Generation 5 is released. Right now I just plod along at snail's pace filling the PokéDex.

If you're on android there's a bug where you can hit the back button after throwing a ball and you can skip the catch animation. It makes catching very fast. Video here:

It's a great league match, so pokemon 1500CP and below. Just says battle against another trainer so it doesn't matter who wins. It's part of that dratini research task set that's just started.

Third step. So first is hatch an egg and catch some weather boosted pokemon, you'll get a dratini as reward. Second step is evolve dratini, get a candy from a buddy and I think send gifts or make a friend. Third step has the battle.

I got my first lucky pokemon today. My son hatched a Munchlax, so I swapped him a Snorlax for it and they both became lucky. Not really sure what benefit that has, but it looks cool.

Also just caught a wild Feraligatr. It was 38cp though...

Lucky guarentees minimum 80% IVs (I think?) and they cost half the stardust to power up.

If you're Ultra Friends (I think that is the requirement) with someone, you can battle them from any distance.

Yeah, I wasted hundreds of balls on that one, I'm shite at it. Also, it doesn't count if the ball hits but the pokemon bounces it back at you.

If you wait for the pokemon to attack, then throw the ball mid attack, it'll land every time.

You'll get used to throwing curveballs. Found it a lot easier when I was throwing them at angles.

There's been a Slakoth invasion over here the past few days. Don't know whether it is to make up for Community Day being a dud or whether it is just to do with the nest migrating. Got a 98% one yesterday and a shiny today so happy with that.
