Such an odd game. Definitely deserved something from the game. Wasteful in front of goal and I hope this result brings the players back to earth. Sloppy start costs us.

Thought the tactics were good until the pen, when we had been the better side with better chances, but we panicked then and just threw all the forwards on. No idea why we deaparted from the systems that have got results.

Just one of those days. De Gea was very shaky and let in a bad goal (and once again, was hopeless on the penalty kick;) Rashford and Pogba were a bit off (notwithstanding that one glorious pass;) Lukaku had one of those games; Matic also looked a bit shaky. Moss is a useless referee of course. I don't think OGS got anything particularly wrong here - it just didn't go our way today.

One of those games where every tiny little thing goes against you at crucial moments.

Lacked quality in the final third but overal performance wasn't as bad as it looks.

Unbelievable shite of a performance. OGS could sub off Rashford at half time, he wasn't ready. Luck didn't help either.
Matic was a disgrace, Dalot had a poor game. De Gea... well, he is thinking about the contract. Martial with a bad cameo, but should have been introduced at half time.

Greenwood should start the next game instead of Rashford.

Manchester Utd never lose, just run out of time
It was coming. We haven't been playing well lately (understandable with all the injuries) and after the emotional rollercoaster of the last week it was half expected that this would be one match too far. Even so we had the better goal scoring chances, we just didn't take them.

Really don't think Ole did much wrong. We had our chances, they had a soft penalty; these results happen.
He needed to inject freshness into the pitch at halftime, far earlier than he did more than halfway through the second half. He needed to be more ruthless on those underperforming much earlier.

Cheating won and poor final third play lost. Arsenal will lose their best midfielder and will gradually fade into obscurity.

Decent first half, we created a lot of chances, but couldn't finish the job. 2nd half we created some chances, but the overall impression was that we were a bit flat today.

One of those days i guess. Hopefully Herrera will be back soon, brings some leadership in there, which only Young does right now.

We had luck against PSG, none against arse.
Proud that we pressed them back and deserved a draw, but the injuries cost us.
Missed the pace of a fit Martial and Lingard. We need a break!

Makes it hard to win the league now.
In all seriousness, we were poor.
I know we had chances, but it makes no difference if you miss them all.
Maybe it was a hang over from Wednesday.
It's a shame because Arsenal weren't very good at all, we gifted them two goals and then made it easy for them at the other end.
I don't want to start pointing fingers because we've been in great form, but some of the players were really poor today.
All in all its another experience for Ole to learn who is and isn't up for it, onto the next one.

Nothing to do with euphoria
It did imo. We looked very unfocused and not concentrated in many moments in front of the goal and off it too. Too many easy chances missed, and too much dwelling on the ball in midfield. We looked off our day. Impossible to play another big game and be forced to put same level of intensity, focus and work after a win like PSG one.

But surely we won the xG?

One of them days. Atleast OGS gave minutes to Greenwood. Looking forward to seeing more of him.

You just can't miss so many chances in a big game away from home. We could and should have got something from this.

It's a bit disappointing how the second goal completely killed us though. Yes, it was never a penalty but there was still 20+ minutes to go.

They dive a lot and it’s a real shame. Cacazette and Sokratis are made from wet noodles. You sneeze, boom four players fall. How is diving and conning the red still allowed. If fans can see it certainly the FA can.

That was some game. Don’t think anyone from our team really showed up. We were way below par, though a performance like this was bound to come sooner or later. In spite of that, we could have very easily won this match had we taken our chances.

Ironically, Arsenal did to us what we’ve done to Arsenal for years. Just one of those days, need to pick the team back up and move on. Hopefully Ole can get them fired up for the next match properly.

Disgusting refereeing, incredibly poor performance from everyone except Shaw and possibly Smalling, dull, pragmatic crap setup from Ole.

Good performance. Just lacked shooting boots. Some players were a bit rusty. It was always going to be a difficult place to get a result in, on to the next one.

DDG - 2 Howler, never saves penalties

Young - 7 Good, still has lightning pace
Lindelof - 4 Shocking, looked like the Lindelof of last season
Smalling - 7 Good
Shaw - 7 One great cross, good runs forward most of the game

Dalot - 5.5 Quiet, didn't do much but still looks quality when he has it.
Matic - 4.5 Very poor, didn't offer anything
Pogba - 4 Worst game of the season, ruined alot of attacks, glimpes of quality
Fred - 6.5 Good game, unlucky with the penalty but shouldn't have dived in

Rashford - 3 Mostly awful with some glimpes of quality. Tries too hard at times.
Lukaku - 4 Should have scored at least one of his chances, but he does look much better at times.

Greenwood - 7 Looked quite good
Martial - 5 Ineffective, stands too far wide.

Thought we’d lose 2-0 today and I don’t give a shit. We can’t win away forever.

They all get a free pass from me.

Better win next week, though.

So disappointing and now their lot are going to be so obnoxious despite doing very little to merit the win. The first goal was unexplainable from De Gea, and we should have already been ahead as Lukaku missed that sitter. Then when we were on top they get a bullshit homer penalty that gifts them the 3 points.

Over the course of the game we tested their keeper more and had the better chances, but the slow start, fluke goal and bogus penalty cost us and could cost us top 4 altogether as we still have 2 tough away games to come and City at Old Trafford.

Very unlucky today, error from DDG, and a penalty that should not have been given. Add that we squandered a lot of chances, jist a bad day overall.

Slow start, then we were the better team between the two goals I thought.

Pen was bollocks but we got a soft one vs PSG so que sera sera.

Arsenal are nowt special & will drop more points between now & the end of the season. Still right in the mix for top 4

We had our chances, could just as well been the other way around.
De Gea has been poor lately, needs to get it together.

I wasn't actually worried about this game but knew Arsenal would be up for it from the beginning. We had chances, didn’t take them. After the penalty momentum was lost.

We were just rubbish today. Think that makes our top four hopes very tough given the respective run ins.

Utter garbage. We had a lot of the ball and did sweet FA with it. Arsenal played us. Once they went ahead they let us have the ball knowing we'd f-k it up in the final third. We can only blame ourselves.

Bit of 'after the Lord Mayor's Show' following Wednesday. Disappointing, we're well capable of beating these fuds. Anyhow, have the cup game next week then the International break with hopefully Martial, Lingard, Herera back for the end of the season.

Mentally, we were still celebrating PSG win. Did not turn up mentally. No one played well. Conditions did not help.

Awful weekend. AFTV will be unbearable tonight. Goldberg will be getting a roasting from DT and Troopz for sure.
Simple, don't watch it.
