That’s one of the worse attacking performances I may have ever witnessed.
This team needs so much work it’s untrue. Presumably though everything was already “built and in place”
Very good defensively, Maguire back on form. Degea a beast again.

This was dreadful, but much needed 3 points we couldn't afford to lose so i'll take it. We made Norwich look like prime Barcelona there.

I just have one question: did Ole take charge of this game or what?

Well. It's inevitable that we aren't going to click into title winning form overnight. Still, that was a really poor performance. Very few real chances and we never kept Norwich under control.

Why so little tempo or intensity? Why no press at any point? Why keep on Ronaldo, Rashford and Bruno almost the entire game when they're having such bad games? We were just flat throughout.

Still, we won. We got another clean sheet. We got more time with the new manager. It's not like it's all doom and gloom. But it's clear there's a lot of work to do.

Awful game but we kept a clean sheet (somehow) and won.

Well, we won. And given he's made clear his first priority is to stop us conceding goals, I'm sure the clean sheet will please him.

Massive work to be done though.
A clean sheet today was pure luck. Norwich should’ve had a couple.

The team is not consistently applying Rangnick's style yet but you can at least see what the manager is trying to achieve. Need to see Varane back before making further judgements.

Hopefully it’s just him figuring out the squad but I’m not too happy with Sancho being the first sacrifice-sub. We can’t go the rest of the season with Fernandes + Rashford (and Ronaldo really) playing full 90 mins in spite of such awful on field showings.

Shite shite performance.

Fred and DDG excellent. McT did better than his average performance. Rest nothing to talk about.

Three points. Another clean sheet. It wasn't pretty. However, in the end we got what we needed. It'll be interesting to hear if Rangnick changed approach deliberately or whether Norwich forced us to abandon the high press.

Lots of work still to do but we'll get there. Let the kneejerking commence anyway though I guess.

It was a horrible, horrible performance though I'll admit.

Feels like we robbed them. De Gea a clear man of the match which says it all.

But we just need to get through this month with as many points as possible, and then hopefully can work on the style of play.

I wonder if the team has been undergoing really tough physical training? Looked to leggy even though the last game was a week ago for these players.

Great result, very poor performance.

So sloppy in possession & the decision making from the front players was disgracefully bad. How Sancho got subbed before the other 3, I don’t understand. Rashford needs to be benched now, he’s undeserving of starting games on current form. Fred, McT & DDG were very good.

Back seven good, front four very much below par.

I expected it to be a tough game, but not for us to look as indifferent as that.

Pretty worried that we are not clicking up front at all. Ball holding wise, Ronaldo and Rashford are below average. We need one focal point forward that's very comfortable with the ball and can bring players in.

Not a sustainable performance. I don’t see how that benefits us going forward.

Felt like a bad Ole game. No tactics, giving the ball away. Lucky goal.

Rashford had an absolute mare. Bruno as well was terrible.

Play like that against Brentford and we are losing.

Pathetic. But the damage done by the previous regime won't be undone so soon. The previous manager could have taken his world record defender on the way out.

Taking the points however we get them right now. Pretty much no one besides McT, Fred and Maguire showed up today. Sancho was okay.

Rashford was secondary school level.
Bruno's form has been non existent for a while now.

We needed the win, but god that was awful.

Some of these in the first team needed not just dropping but leaving the club altogether.
Should be nowhere near a United shirt.
