A 4-1 that should have been 8-1.

Great result though. Martinez and Bruno electrifying.

Pellistri should start in Betis. They couldn't handle him.

Great reaction in the second half. Never thought I'd live to see Rashford, Antony, and WW score in the same game. Happy for them.

Antony's goal changed the game. Good result but could have had this tie finished if they take all the first half chances.

Nervous first half. By the end of second, we could have 10. Great work.

Weighorst, Fernandes and Bissaka were great.

Good performance. Should have taken a 5 goal cushion to Seville but we should be going through now anyway.

Excellent second half. Decent first half tbh as well.

Feels like the same players/positions let us down time and time again.

I was doubting all the players’ posts on instagram and twitter but holy sh*t they delivered. Thank god.

Same team picked and have showed their ability to bounce back from Sunday's disasterclass.

Could or should have scored 8 goals against a Betis side in decent form which includes a draw with Real Madrid at the weekend. Only black spots was the goal conceded, how it wasn't a handball i don't know and Degea awful distribution 1st half

I hope the media go overboard in their positivity about this result and what it means for the future of Ten Hags United.

I guess it doesn't matter if you're wasteful in possession when you're playing against a bunch of farmers and chain-smokers.

More Pellestri, please.

On the one hand, it's a bit annoying that we didn't quite put the tie to bed tonight even though we had more than enough chances to score 5 or 6.

On the other hand, we had more than enough chances to score 5 or 6 and put the tie to bed tonight four days after a 7-0 hammering. A brilliant response.

A Jekyll and Hyde performance. First half dire, second very good. Thank God.

Good 2nd half but should have been more clinical with those chances, Antony especially

Not seen Bruno dominate like that in a long time - brilliant. And don't forget Casemiro.
The move of the match though was Martinez, with three attackers crowding him and playing his way through in his own box.

I was hoping for a two-goal lead going into next week, so this is very nice. Now we can surely rest players and park the bus in Spain.

But, annoying that their goal was set up by a handball. Don't really understand why that's not getting disallowed.

Brilliant 2nd half performance. Will do them the world of good confidence wise as it’s exactly what we needed after Sunday. Pellistri looks a very good player. I hope to see him get more minutes.

Captain bruno, great game.
pallestri, lots of potential.
Weghorst, the celebration!
Sancho, needs to sort himself out. He doesn’t add anything to the team.

Very happy with the performance overall. We showed some character. After the 3-1 Betis milked every little contact as a foul and were clearly afraid to concede 2 or 3 more. I hate playing spanish teams.
