Loved the blitzkrieg in the end. Tight till then.
Absolutely, we can take heart from the fact that we stood up to the test and came out clear winners where last season we'd have buckled.Last season would've been a heartbreaking 1-1 at the death.
This season we're capitalising and winning 4-0.
The difference.
Love the raw pace and power. Mata and Rashford vital to tire the opposition and to keep the discipline as the bench players make a huge impact and open up spaces for us to exploit.
Especially in away games. Think it has to do with not having a right sided winger and Mkhi fitting better as a shadow striker. But yes, our midfield and overall balance looks much better with a midfield 3.much better with 3 in midfield and pogba pushed forward. i think against these type of teams this should be the go to
More like Martial, he changed the game. Brought urgency to our gameFellaini comes on. 3 goals in 5 minutes. Coincidence?
that is fantastic when shown like that!2 games, 8 scored, 0 conceded. this is impressive. also:
Lukaku 3 goals
Pogba 2 goals, 1 assist
Martial 2 goals, 1 assist
Mkhi 4 assists
Imagine the meltdown at RAWK and Bluemoon. It will be oh so glorious.Trying really hard not to get carried away but feck it.This is going to be like his second season at Real. Win the league and score a load of goals!
Apparently he's a defensive coach and many on here did not want him managing us.Jose Mourinho, ladies and gentlemen.
Jones has nothing to be blamed for on this header, was excellent imo. Rashford chance was the stupid one, though, but overall that's the most clinical United I have seen in these last 4 years. Hope it continues. To be fair, thought we were going through a bit of last season miss everything syndrome in the first half. Rash 1on1 and Jones hitting the bar (was a tough chance admittedly).
Swansea did really well at times and 0-1 was a truly uncomfortable score line until the subs got made. They changed the game and absolutely punished Swansea (and their hilariously bitter fans).
The clinical finishing in the last 10 was epic and extremely satisfying to watch, something we've not had much of over the last few years. Now two consecutive 4-0s... Brilliant.
It's funny cos its true.Remember those days when LVG would put Rooney as our lone striker and he couldn't score goals, because he was crap?
And LVG kept repeating, Rooney shall always play!
Those were dark days.
