Could have been a lot more had we managed to finish our multitude of chances.

At least we finally moved up from 6th  (for now)

It's hard to imagine we aren't 6th anymore (pending the later match today).

Above the dippers.

Nothing to complain about. Job done, good game, three points. Now a run of four cup fixtures.

Even when we win we miss a stupid amount of chances. If only this Man Utd side was full of lethal finishers...

Scintillating first half, one of the best ive seen from us under Mou. Good professional second half to see out the game. Mkhi, Martial, Mata all brilliant, as well as Herrera.

Well our finishing is still worrying. That should have been easily 5-0 and yet it wasn't.

We played some fabulous stuff at times and 2-0 flatters Watford. Bring on St. Etienne!

Good all round performance. Very happy.

If I was going to be criticial, I'd still say our decision making in the final thrid could be better and that we could have had more goals. Who knows, goal difference could be crucial come the end of the season. Other than that, as I said, very happy with the performance from the boys today.

That was a really, really good performance. Some of the interplay was brilliant. As has been the case so often this season, we should have scored more.

Banana skin avoided, for me.

Decent. Still can't finish for shit but we're used to it now.

Now on to win some silverware (hopefully).

Great performance, but Gomes played out of his skin again and that, coupled with some awful finishing, is the reason why we didn't score 3 or 4 times as many goals today. That would've been an accurate reflection of the game.

Happy we're finally off sixth, even if it may be temporary.

Our best performance since December. Finally above 6th, don't care if it's just for a a couple of hours. Progress. Don't understand the negative nellies, we played very well today.

Good win. Finishing needs some work but I really enjoyed the performance. Want to see that front four play together more often.

Somewhere between Manchester and the shithole
good game and result, should have had more, but 3 points is all that matters, just hope GD doesn't come into it at the business end of the season.

Anyway, boys in red got the win, now time for the boys in primrose and blue to get 2 points.

That was so good!

Who says Pogba can't play in a MF 2? Absolute ran the show. Brilliant from our front 4 as well, Zlatan finishing aside but he done well up front and mostly glad for Martial.

We cruised through the game with an ease and comfortability I was so happy with. Took the foot well off the peddle at times and could have added a few, but more than pleased with it.

Mind blowing how anyone could find fault in that performance to be honest.

There are still obvious problems with goal-scoring but we look a lot better again. Great performances from Bailly, Herrera and Mata and very good from Martial and Mkhi (bar the finishing from the latter).

I'd really like to see us play with Rashford over Ibra (or even Mata or Mkhi as a false nine) just to see if Zlatan is as destructive to our play as it appears to me. The endless flicks to opposition players and reluctance to get into attacking positions indicate to me he is, but others seem to disagree.

Outside of that Pogba was acceptable in the second half and Blind and Smalling put decent shifts in.

They should've started Okaka.

Great start, slow second half and probably dropped off a bit too much after our second goal. Routine win in the end with some nice stuff played but once again we really should have scored more from the chances we created.

Still maintaining Herrera is man of the match. Great first half. Good comfortable win. Obviously should have scored more but 3 points is what matters.

That was excellent football for once. Not the crap, we've dished out for most of the season but still caused most of the caf to jizz their pants.

We played some great football today, the 3 M's were excellent and we looked comfortable for most of the match. Once Watford started to attack more the switch to 3 in midfield made sense as there is a lot of space with the Pogba/Herrera pairing, but to me this where Carrick should be utilized for his experience and quality.

It's a good performance but we really need to finish chances. Hope we don't regret not having a better goal difference come the end of the season.

First half was one of the best halves of football I've seen from us in years, second half was professional.

Easy as you like, Martial getting a hug and tapping the badge was nice. That linesman can feck off. But very enjoyable game, showing some good variation and a solid plan B is our manager. Shown we're very capable of playing 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1 now which will be huge. Got some excellent players in our team, let's hope we can stay fifth now!

EDIT: Also slowly catching up in GD too, our defence is very good, unbeaten in sixteen good signs.
