Our performance was the same performance vs a big side who sits for the last 13 years. Any manager knows we will gift them chances to score, so they just wait for the openings. I can think of so many games which have gone the same way the match went tonight. Wenger will never change his ways so we need a change of manager.
Your players hilarious inability to shoot the ball into the net from a few yards and De Gea playing out of his mind has nothing to do with Wenger tbf...

But our players inability to defend has everything to do with Wenger. He has had the funds and the staff to create a solid back defensive unit. We simply don't have this.

Apart from Liverpool away, we have haven't been played off park in a big game this season. Just silly mistakes and poor refeering.

Against the top teams, it's often the fine margins that are the difference. Even a 3-0 or 4-0 victory can be by the accumulation of fine margins on each goal as is often the case in big games. Arsenal made 2 early mistakes today both of which were forced by United's pressing early on, and thus you found yourselves 2-0 down within 10 mins.

Koscielny got two assists and Mustafi one. Utd's best two players on the pitch tonight. Lovren and Klavan need to watch that and hang their heads. There really is a worse partnership in the prem league.
now now don't get carried away. Koscielny and mustafi just chose wrong game to have brainfarts, they've been solid up until now.

Any partnership that has lovren in is bound to be a joke.

Admit what? There is a different between parking the bus and executing a CA strategy. Possession based play is not the only tactic. Our game plan before the red was great. No different that how Fergie used to play against Wenger in away games. If Wenger had evolved from being a one trick pony when it comes to tactics, you lot may have won something other than FA cup over the last decade and more.
read the comments prior again. This was in no way like fergie who actually set up his team to properly CA and even when they were defending, his team knew what they were doing.
This united team were opened time and again multiple times and were actually a shambles with many messed up clearances. This was happening a lot even before the red card.
you tried to park the bus and CA like a typical mou team does at an away game against the top 6 but failed in the defending part, except for de gea's individual brilliance.

Watched the highlights and feck me, United were far from CA or parking the bus. They were just lucky. We found very easy to create chances. It's not like in the past when we had 90% of possession and 0 shots on target. We had 33 shots and 75% of possession.
Play like this against City and Jesus and Aguero will score 10 goals each other. Not trying to be cocky, but that's the reality.

No they weren't lucky. Our defense and keeper were just sleeping the first 15 minutes.

The first two goals were not lucky bounces or deflections but the direct result of defensive and keeper mistakes.
Oh and De Gea.

Ok and it is true, but we would have never created so many chances in the past after going 2-0 down. We would have just passed the ball around the box. Fergie knew how to play this game. Josè was just lucky, instead.

One of the big differences between Jose and wenger is Jose is prepared to play in different ways for different games. He's not like Wenger who stupidly plays the same way no matter the situation.

I don't think we'll be anywhere near as open next week.

Killing the game off after an hour is lucky? We should have left today with another 4 to our name if we're being honest.
What was it? 1 chance created by Arsenal after their goal? Basically 40 mins of nothing.

33 shots is a bit of exaggeration if you haven't watched the match. Lot of them were long shots from outside the box or deflection shots.

Yes DDG was a God but out of his 14 saves atleast half of them would be comfortable for any good GK.

Won't play like this against city because they are very good team tactics will change. Arsenal are no where near city

Jose just broke out the "beat Arsenal away blueprint" which every team going knows about for the last 10 years

City players 1 yellow off suspension:

Fernandinho
Kompany
Sane
If Fernandinho misses the game versus Utd then the Pogba loss will be a lot easier to swallow. City without Fernandinho are much more vulnerable.

Losing Fernandinho and Sane would be huge, please let it happen. I could say the bullshit about wanting to play them at their full strength but it's the derby. Feck it, send them all off

I have no hope in Moyes whatsoever. Gonna be 5 or 6 for City.

Hope Fernandinho got a yellow. They have no replacement for him. The likes of Sane and Kompany are easily replaced by their subs, but Fernandinho is irreplaceable in their team.

What's wrong with him? Sore winner. He's envious that despite all the things he has won, the media still consider Wenger highly.

The red card killed the game. It's strange, but it's down to this.
We should have had at least 1 penalty though.

There's no way a city player is going to get a yellow.. We would need West Ham to actually attack, for city players to be in a position to make a tackle.. I expect City to steam roll West Ham.. They couldn't even make any good chances against Everton..

Is it surprising that he commented on it? Wenger's face when he announced Lacazette to be fit was like a cat which just got the canary.. After winning the match, surely he's bound to get a shot in at Wenger's attempt to play mind games..

He won well and got lucky so i don't see the need to have a dig at Wenger. He is just obsessed with him.
Move on though. It hurts, but the games come thick and fast.
