Impressive Spurs keeper
He looked a bit erratic early on and his career is nothing to write home about, so he’s easily been the surprise of the season for me.

One of those games Forest wouldn't score in if they played until midnight. Cooper probably gets one more game and he needs to win it.

Kuluveski is one of my favourite players to watch. Not quick like Son or Brennan Johnson but his close control and technique is exceptional, makes him wriggle away from being tightly marked so easily and then can get shots away.

Was surprised Juve let him go, he did quite well there 1st season IIRC and he'd certainly walk into their current 11 given what they've just put out at Genoa.

Didn't realise he was only 23, ok yes, not a young superstar in the making, but certainly not the finished article either.

Forest seemed far too passive in the first half, the possession stats were something like 80% to Spurs in that 1st half. Second half was better, kind of expected them to put at least 1 in the net once Bissouma saw red. They had some half chances from balls into the box, but clear cut chances they manufactured from open play seemed non existent.

Bentancur is also class, don't know what they were smoking in Turin to let go of both for peanuts.

Paratici coming from Juve, he must know something about the inside Juve policy to pull these type of deal, even Romero to some extend (alleged issue with Juventus benefit from Romero sale and Demiral sale to Atalanta)

Bissouma has quite some interesting great aspect in his game, but he's quite ill disciplined, taking unnecessary risk.

Very poor from Turner for the second goal. From the bad kick, to bad shot stopping. If it were 0-1 then Bissouma getting sent off, Tottenham may Spurs that small lead if Forest pushes hard enough.

A case of a player not in the first team, having been injured and wanting to change scenery. Sometimes it doesn't work out for clubs and they didnt do anything wrong. Not everyone is cut out to move to a completely different culture with language that you don't speak. A big reason why historically Brits haven't gone much abroad.

We are a bit in the shit at the moment. We’ve tried playing possession football but without Awoniyi it goes nowhere. This culminated in the 5 nil Fulham no show. We then went back to parking the bus with 5 at the back and picking Yates and Kouhate in midfield to kick shins and block - all of which has helped defensively but with one less attacker and still no Awoniyi (and Johnson) - we can’t score. We will either limp along until the window opens and get an Awoniyi clone or Cooper gets sacked.

Whoever sanctioned the Origi loan wants dangling over the Trent by his Travellers!

Pretty dull day of matches today and then hopefully Brighton can make it difficult for Arsenal tomorrow, but probably tricky for them coming off a big European match. Probably best to pretend the 2pm matches tomorrow are the last ones this weekend.

No early kick off? Could have put last night's one on today unless it was moved for some other reason.

The 3pms look shite today. Maybe the Newcastle match edges the Chelsea one?

Sue Smith's hand gestures everytime she talks annoys me much more than it should.

However, nothing annoys me more than Clinton Morrison constantly talking shit. Bet he listens to recordings of his own voice when he's at home. Stupid thick gobshite.
