Nice!!I have that shirt framed with cantona's signature on the collar. It is my favourite shirt ever.
Much more organization and a general plan for the players to help them control games better. We have the players and should climb up the league with the right guidanceWhat difference can we expect to see with it being just him on his own coming in?
Hopefully he can bring some help in soon.
Christ... typical media. You build them up and then can't wait to tear them down. Nutrition isn't something that's alien to United. We have a team of sports scientists.Tweet

Lets see what your opinions of him will be in 9 months time.Still can’t believe we got Rangnick. Not because it was close to impossible, but because of the incompetence of the United board and all their mishaps in the previous years. I truly thought they were going to make another one by overlooking Rangnick by not even considering him due to whatever ‘favourites’ they had preconceived and lined up — to my surprise, they proved me wrong. And wow was that unexpected.
…..the most progressive football mind available (one of the best in the world in general), his opening press conference gave us all an insight of who he is and what to expect. When he speaks, he takes control of the room. His answers are to the point, offers some insight, with a touch of humour while doing so with outstanding charisma. He owned the press conference and took command of the entire room. Expect the same in the locker room with the team. There’s something gravitating about him for us outsiders so as a player, you know they’ll be absording
Hope he brings back chippy fridays!Christ... typical media. You build them up and then can't wait to tear them down. Nutrition isn't something that's alien to United. We have a team of sports scientists.
It wont ket tomato sauce/ketchup at United that will be the next big story but mustard or vinegar or something ath will be the next breaking news out of United.
'' New GERMAN manager Rangnick wants to change the food choices at United's kitchen including the very traditional English Fish & Chip and their malt vinegar!!!''
Is that you Luke?Hope he brings back chippy fridays!

Yeah at least the fixture list looks somewhat favourable until we play Spurs at home in March, obviously facing a crowd at Elland Road for first time since 2003 will be hostile for us.It's gonna be a tough task to teach our players to have the control over games Rangnick is talking about and not just because of lack of time for training.
Looking at the fixtures though, there'll be a couple of good breaks in January. That's gonna be his best bet to tactically drill the players to the approach he wants.
He’s not here for six months, he’s still going to be involved for at least another 2 years after that. He also will have a big say in his successor, which will ideally be someone to continue where he left off.Sounds a lot like Van Gaal to me.
I’m started to doubt the wisdom of a “philosophy” driven, nuanced coach getting the manager gig for just 6 months.
The players are going to experience a shock to the system under Rangnick, one many of them won’t be happy about - how many of them will buy into of his methods knowing he’s only going to be there six months?
Then those who's professionalism comes into question, should also think that Rangnick is going to consult the club on current and future players. Those who can't play for this manager, won't be playing for the next at United, they'll be being shown the door.Sounds a lot like Van Gaal to me.

Six months as an interim manager and two extra years as a consulting detective. He's going to have major influence in who manages next. Obviously the next manager (or even himself, possibly) will line up to continue the work he implements in this period.Sounds a lot like Van Gaal to me.

He also said Fred pulled the back for Ronaldo’s goal, when it was Bruno that scored off of that play. My man needs some coffee and a note pad.I couldn’t watch this video as soon as the guy said Sancho played on the right wing- he clearly played left
It works if your team isn't full of egomaniacs who think they don't have anything else to learn. They should always be willing to learn new things.Sounds a lot like Van Gaal to me.

Well if it doesn't work at United he can always go into music
Nice to see him in the thick of it getting his ideas across.

In the days when the Doc covered United for Piccadilly Radio he always referred to him as Alec, so I’d assumed it was some sort of Scottish insider knowledgeI'll let you into a little secret about Sir Alex, he doesn't like his name said as Alex that much, it's pronounced Alec and people who know him or know about and respect him know to say his name as Alec.
“My McFred must play”
Wonder what Ralf's thinking
Who's he? Ole never mentioned him.

Donny could put on a Scottish accent and see if it fools RR“My McFred must play”
I don't think LVG was a necessarily bad coach for us, but he was a bad manager. Poor signings, poor man management and the unwillingness to work with what he had.Sounds a lot like Van Gaal to me.
