Rooney testimonial vs Everton

Should just make a rule that offside doesn't count in last 10 mins of this game.

Make it somewhat entertaining for the fans

I dont get the point for a testimonial in picking a team who are going to take it super seriously. Same happened with Rio's. I get that its close to the season start, but its meant to be a bit of a friendly dick about

We were equally poor in the 1st half v Galatasaray, as we have been from the 45th-80th min here. The only common players between the 2nd half here and the 1st one there is the lack of Carrick and presence of Schneiderlin.

Think Mourino said he wanted it to be taken seriously though as we had that City game cancelled. We're in danger of starting the season undercooked.

This Tom Davies looks like a real player. I'm not the one to over hype a Everton youngster either :D.

Hence why we're so interested in signing another midfielder.

What a weird testimonial this has been.
It's like they've just decided that a meaningless end-of-season Premier League game has been designated as a "proceeds to charity" game.
If anyone turned in after half time they'd have no idea this game had anything to do with Rooney.

Cheated on his wife apparently and they have now broken up. She has had goes at his new gf from media reports.

He'll be fine.
Doesn't he also have a kid? I mean if she's taken the child with her that can be rough.
