Definitely the calls were getting louder. He's had a great season. So has John Porch, former sevens player. He's been our best signing in years.

The commentators didn’t make anything of it, but taking the three points was a bizarre decision from France. If you’re not going to go for it 5 meters out, you’re not going to score four tries.
They need to hold onto the ball for a while or they have no chance.
It was odd. They won a penalty so chances were decent that Scotland would give away another if they kept the pressure on.

I was expecting a furious start from the French. They're still in the changing room it seems.
They won’t get many better chances to score than from 5 meters out. It would have also set the tone. Three points gets them no where.

Scotland are really up for it and now they're behind, France haven't got the time to muck about (probably need 40 points now) and danger start playing 7s style rugby instead of going through the phases.
