I thought it was very interesting at the end of the press conference when he seemed to suggest the problems we are having with results are related to the fact we are trying to play better football. He said something like "you cant have it both ways." Ignoring the fact that we keep letting our leads slip at the end of games when we try to shut up shop, precisely the moment we stop trying to play good football. It doesnt really ring true and sounds like fairly lame excuses really. But I wonder whether he wont double down on it and try and make us more solid, more like a classic Mourinho team. I dont think he will but it was an interesting remark.
