Money and publicity. And it’s not just top-level football clubs that generate great stories. Look at the Netflix’s amazing series of Formula 1 – they had stayed clear from both Ferrari and Mercedes teams (probably because they didn’t have them permission) and it didn’t hurt them even a little bit.This reminds me I still have to watch the Sunderland one.
Why do crap clubs feel the need to do this? It'd be like Blockbuster releasing a series about their fight with Netflix?
