Manchester United well struggle to find VDS' replacement, much like we did with Peter...ie, neither PIG nor Foster well make it

Real Madrid well hire Scolari in the hope of persuading Ronaldo to join Madrid

Goggs and Giggs well make the same amount of appearances next year

Benzema well leave Lyon and fail to hit the ground running at whatever club he goes to

This year's Champions League final well pit Man Utd against Barcelona

Man Utd well scored more then 1 goal in their next game, they well win 2-0
You will learn the difference between Will and Well.

Man United to concede in their next game

Carrick to be an England regular

Giggs to be knighted next year

Paul Scholes, Giggs, Neville and VDS to hang up their boots at the same time

Mourinho to be our next manager

Rooney to be top goalscorer next season

Ronaldo to be with us for the next 5 years.

And go back to Portsmouth, drag them from the brink of relegation, only to move back to Tottenham 6 months later in a bizarre case of deja vu.

He would then continue this cycle for the rest of his career.

Ok Seriously now, I'll stick my neck out and say:

Anderson to score before the end of the season.

No Champions League or FA Cup then. Bollocks.
Nope, and I did think that through actually.

Thought it would be just a bit much to get either of the Cups, after already winning the Carling Cup, CWC and Premier League.

Arsenal to go far in the Champions League, semis, possibly final.
Welbeck will make it, but only as a squad player and will eventually be sold after 3 or 4 years.
United will not win the FA Cup in the next 3 years.
Scholes will retire before Giggs.
Injury will force Neville to retire.

- United won't win the league this season.
- If we DO win the league, Liverpool, Chelsea or Arsenal will win the Champions League.
- We'll never get Leo Messi
- Roberto Martínez (Swansea) will become a great manager
- Darren Ferguson is a future Premier League manager
- We won't win at Anfield for the next three years.
- After Ferguson, we won't win the league for at least five years.
- Espen Hoff wil win the Ballon d'or soon.
- Lampard will retire after eating his own left foot.

None of Anderson, Ronaldo or Nani will be with us at the start of the 2010/2011 campaign

Rooney will become the clubs alltime top goalscorer

Both Scholes and Giggs will retire at the end of next season, the same time as Fergie :(

Goggs will become part of our management team

We'll win the League and Cup this season, but lose the CC final and go out of the CL to Inter

Nani will moonwalk after scoring, before the end of next season.

Silvestre will score an O.G for us this season

Rooney will score against Inter away, and slide across the turf, thus creating his shorts to bunch up, exposing himself on live TV.

Ronaldo to attempt a Nani-esque backflip before he leaves United.

What do you all think of this one?

Rooney will become the clubs alltime top goalscorer
He's on 89 at the moment

Average of AROUND 19.4 a season

He's 23 atm, so say at a guess he's got 8-9 years with us. Assuming no long term injuries (although with his current average of 19.4 he does miss a fiar few games through injury)

avg x 9 would take him to 155, add the 89 would take him to 244....close to Charltons 249

This assumes he's with us that long, and that he doesn't get better/worse than his average. I think it's a strong possibility. especially if he peaks at about 25/27

That seems very likely. I really think Rooney will be here for the rest of his career. Maybe one season he will be fit for the entire thing, but then maybe another season he will miss. So he will always play a similar number of games. But I think his goalscoring will improve...or at least I hope.
