There's no top CB available now and our defenders are fign in a back 4 and the numbers 2 as long as they have a organised team in front. About time some of them take the next step. Back 3 yeah, it's a problem but still exaggerated as getting used to system.
Midfield needs 1 more quality body.

If RvP is out for a good chunk of time, thats the kind of investment we need to make to ensure we are in the Champions League next season.
The loss of income we would suffer if we missed out again would be massive. Never mind the actual TV rights etc, if rumors are true, a lot of our commercial deals have Champions League clauses in which will lower if we miss out. 20mil to provide us with enough goals to get into the top 4... yes please.
