DON'T:
  • Post anything from clear BS accounts.
  • Post anything from clickbait tabloid accounts.
  • Post anything from aggregator sites (Utdreport etc) who don't link to original source and tend to make stuff up for retweets/follows.
  • Use the thread to argue about the players United are linked with compared to those that a club like City are signing. If you want to moan, make a new thread.
  • Use the thread to moan about people who are moaning.

Scrap the transfer windows and go back to the pre 2002/3 system!

It just fuels transfer inflation.

Will probably happen eventually, especially if fees continue to spiral out of control.
 
This really shouldn't open until after the CL final... Technically couldn't Real Madrid bid 100-200m for Firmino/Salah/Mane to unsettle Liverpools key players before the final, and actually agree a deal since the window is open? I would say us doing it to Chelsea but I don't see who would be realistic in that scenario. But if we were playing a smaller side then we could definitely do it to them.

True. Even in FIFA I simulate the matches (while actually playing just enough matches to win the league) and then wait for the transfer windows :drool::drool:

This is a much better way of doing it. Business will hopefully get done sooner and no fannying about once the season starts

Nah, transfer muppetry starts with "that" thread, you all know which one. The one we all click first thing in the morning with eyes wide open if it's big number, only to get dissapointed when there are no tweets about United. Not to mention bitching and moaning if we are linked with, let's say, Gaitan, while other clubs are "getting" all the best players in the world.
Then, we go to toilet and make cup of coffee/tea, go to work, etc..

Looking forward to "Ronaldo wants to come home" tweets.:rolleyes:
