My guess would be he would be offered less to go back but be guaranteed to play or stay and not play and have Barcelona offering him around or trying to slash his wages in some way.
Griezmann seems to be offered as loan to reduce wages.

You could probably buy a significant share of Dortmund's voting shares with that money. Just turn them into a feeder club.
The Caf saw him for the first time in the Copa America final and prevailing consensus in that thread was that he was the new Saul.
Having watched him at Udinese for much of the last two seasons, yeah, he is very good. His dribbling is great (always was), but he improved his playmaking ability (passing accuracy and vision) as well as his ability to fit into various tactical setups. He's a hardworking player who's perfect for Simeone's setup. I don't know if he'll necessarily play in the midfield two given his inclination to dribble when on the ball, but we'll see.
The way we attack and defend is way more worrying to me.
