Ask yourself why you would want to leave United for West Ham for less money?I don't understand this one. Jesse will be a bit part player at best for us and I don't think that a better club than Westham will even want him.
Jose lets us down again.Tweet

We aren't. The media is guessing as to why he didn't arrive the next day. Brexit, covid and family are among the many reasons he didn't teleport to us right awayWhy are we the only club that faces problems over visa's ?
We have a buy back on him that is rather inexpensive if he develops. Selling is not the worst thing if you get a buy back.I think the Chelsea youth player hoarding/ farming days are coming to an end.

Nope, he's not as good as his dad was. He does score goals more often than his dad did, however.Stoke sure love themselves some Delap. Any good at throw-ins, this one?
Well, that should not be hard, I'd wagerNope, he not as good as his dad was. He does score goals more often than his dad did, however.

Inter could have easily profited from this transfer, but it's clear that they really want to keep Lukaku. To be fair, he's a critical player for Inter, so why should they let him go?Tweet

Inter Milan in the last few hours have said 'no' to a offer from Chelsea for Lukaku : Chelsea offered 100M plus [Irrelevant point]

Well, this is one way for Udinese to get a decent player from a club competing against them in Serie A.
I think the people in charge really feel with a top striker the team can be a title winning team for a lot of years. Most of the team is in their early to mid twenties. You never know how these things pan out, but Roman is in a spending mood and FFP seems to be very ambiguous. It might be the only year to get away with it?What I don't get is why Chelsea are going after such unattainable players. What gives them the confidence that a deal could be done? Or do they expect failure in the hopes that the players see how much they're valued by Chelsea?
EDIT: In a way, this sort of reminds me of us going after Fabregas in that summery of 2013...
