The good news keeps on coming.Apparently we're willing to let Jones go for free this summer, bunch of clubs looking at him too.

i trust these guys, because of the dramatic banners and the background music .. if i understood Spanish I would follow them
Because it would look incredibly unprofessional and we'd end up with massive egg on our face if it didn't work out.i always find it odd, that when youve got a sport that does anything for clicks / eyeballs to generate revenue / enhance branding, and you have something (transfer muppetry) that seems to generate a lot of clicks / eyeballs and yet the clubs don't own it / monetise it / take advantage of it to improve their social media numbers.
look at the varane saga , new tweets everyday, with all kinds of incremental updates without anything particularly new, generating big numbers on social media, and yet the clubs involved stay silent (obviously briefing journos etc behind the scenes) but in terms of social media leverage, clubs aren't looking to take advantage of any of it.
Im sure the club is somewhat having tabs on it and use the numbers to investorsi always find it odd, that when youve got a sport that does anything for clicks / eyeballs to generate revenue / enhance branding, and you have something (transfer muppetry) that seems to generate a lot of clicks / eyeballs and yet the clubs don't own it / monetise it / take advantage of it to improve their social media numbers.

By "it's clear he prefers Spain" do you mean there are some reports knocking about that his camp have indicated he would prefer Spain? Or do you have something more solid/concrete?Don't know why we're still bothering with (if we are) Camavinga when it's clear he prefers Spain.
You can’t sell to non-existent buyers. My guess is they have to sell PogbaLingard, Pogba, James and one of the keepers should cover it and leave some for a 2nd.
There'll be buyers for Lingard and James. You can’t sell to non-existent buyers. My guess is they have to sell Pogba
Depends on what wages you have them on. Your wages are often much higher than most clubs want to pay for players that are not setting the league on fire. A punt requires punt wages. There'll be buyers for Lingard and James.
Quite a few clubs want James and Lingard, I don't think Utd will sell James though, he's still young and can improve alot. You can’t sell to non-existent buyers. My guess is they have to sell Pogba
Well, a lot of the same sources (Sky Sports, The Sun, The Daily Mail) that have been used on here to prove that Varane is close, have also said that Camavinga prefers Spain. It's possible they have better sources for one over the other, but either way, I was just paraphrasing what I've read. Objectively, it's not a totally ludicrous notion. Personally (and though people on here don't rate him), I believe Phil Brown when he says Camavinga isn't at all close, and I believe he also said that Camavinga prefers Spain. He also reported the Varane news at least a week before major outlets starting saying it's close/done (aside from Chiringuito).By "it's clear he prefers Spain" do you mean there are some reports knocking about that his camp have indicated he would prefer Spain? Or do you have something more solid/concrete?
Why people have such confidence in anything when most of the information you have are loose reports or tweets from sources you hadn't heard of 5 minutes prior, I'll never know. If he's come out and said something about Spain or something along those lines, fair enough, I accept I wasn't aware of that. Not seen anything of that ilk though, personally.
I'm not even saying you're wrong, just questioning the absolute confidence of just saying "it's clear", as though we have any concrete information about it.

Where are they? Interest doesn't equal willingness to spend, the player has to agree to the move, and the fee has to be worth it to United. Transfers are a lot harder to pull off than people realize. There'll be buyers for Lingard and James.

Wages are our biggest issues but I would imagine the fee for James will offset things as I don't think he's on crwzy money. Lingard is a more proven player but we might need to lower the supposed £30M valuation.Depends on what wages you have them on. Your wages are often much higher than most clubs want to pay for players that are not setting the league on fire. A punt requires punt wages.
There's a lot of clubs that still haven't really gotten into the transfer waters yet, and for United we just need to get these players moved on, we have 5 or 6 players that are just taking up space, a clean cut is required.Where are they? Interest doesn't equal willingness to spend, the player has to agree to the move, and the fee has to be worth it to United. Transfers are a lot harder to pull off than people realize.
We earn the money we spend too, doesn't come from a sugar daddy's pocket. It's not their money.

....and yet the Glazers are stingy with their money....ok.
This article makes absolutely no sense. Going on about how we have a 100 million budget of which, 73 million are gone with Sancho's purchase. When it has been widely reported by reliable sources that we will be paying installments for Sancho. Then he says we may try to swap Pogba with Varane if Real continues to hold firm over the price, when everyone else is reporting that the deal is already done.
We could recoup a fair bit of money if we get takers (if being the key word). Maybe as much as £40M total excluding Martial and Telles, double that if they're sold too. Plus wages saved.
Ogden’s a fraud. I wouldn’t take anything he says seriously anymore. This article makes absolutely no sense. The protests are not to do with stingy with money, its about how the money is used.Tweet

I hope we get to see 'comunicado official' re Varane by the end of the week from Madrid.Senior writer for Mancheater United at the Manchester Evening News, Tier 2 I believe. Always sounds better in Spanish
Telles makes no sense as he'd be back up to Shaw. The rest can go though.
It seem a little far fetched. Getting transfer fee for Jones? I don't see any club being interested in him. Maybe Derby County - they're in dire need of defenders and players in general.
