Both but maybe next summer is more realistic from our financial standpoint. Because the problem is money. To me, the Europa League loss didn't determine whether he'd be interested or not, it's the financial impact of losing the Europa League that affects our ability to pay for him.
The way I see it, if we could afford Cunha and Delap without the need to sell (as reported by Ornstein), then Gyokeres would only cost about 22m more than Delap, which shouldn’t be a big issue given our impending sales this summer. Simply selling Rashford and Garnacho will likely resolve any issues related to buying another 80-100m worth of additional players beyond Cunha and Gyokeres. That number could go up if we also sell any combination of Antony, Sancho, Hojlund, or Zirkzee as well.
