What is really surprising is that all 3 are new signings. Even the other two, Antony and Malacia are doing pretty well. Best transfer window in a really long time.

The third spot was tough — there are some new signings that play well (Casemiro, Eriksen, Antony and even Varane to some extent), there's De Gea, Rashford, Martial and Bruno whom I love but they're way too frustrating performance-wise**

Martinez is miles ahead anyone else at the moment though.

Eriksen... as I always remember him collapsing at the world cup and seeing him now back playing is such an amazing outcome

Rashford... some things are just more important than football and he has shown incredible character standing up for important issues that as a man its easy to admire him

Martinez... has answered all of the he's too small critics with his actions and has been better than most (and I include myself in that) expected in his first season

This is De Gea's 12th season and he's been our best player for about half of them. It's impossible for me to dislike him because of this.

Martinez has been an absolute joy to watch in defence and his attitude seems great.

Bruno has been our best signing by far since Fergie retired. Enough said.

Its hard to pick 3 when quite a few have done well. Casemiro Martinez and Eriksen are undroppable, but so is Dalot and Verane when fit. De Gea and Shaw have improved and Rashford is finding good form. Its hard, but Ill go with the first 3 I mentioned.
