Always excited about a fresh young talent signing. Not seen him play tbh so im very curious.

A more logical 4th choice than berba/Owen

ah here we go, another 'amazing' young player that will 'soon light up the world in the future'. Hopefully he does well no doubt, but the rose-tintedness amongst some of our fans is cringworthy. Bet City are quaking in their boots - we need some fecking world class players, justsayin!

Obertans #1 fan.
Al Habsi
Rafael Kompany Vermaelen Cole
Cleverley Lucas Wilshere
Nani Delfouneso Silva

Other mentions; Suarez, Walker(if he starts for Spurs), N'Zogbia, Bradley Johnson, Phil Jones, Lindegaard

I love Scholesy's team of the year

Foster
Zubar Jagielka Vermaelen Bale
Lucas Guthrie Silva
Valencia Kalinic Barrera

These are his last two efforts.

You don't know me Scholesy, but one of my facebook friends is a huge fan or your big self. So much so that he asked me to create a topic in the mod's forum to see if you can be unbanned, so that he can get back to enjoying Delfuenso.

For all I know, you could be Hectic, having some fun, but hey, at the very least, you needed to know that you have fans.
Jaysus!

I can offer you two a nice room. Reasonable rates.

Not sure if this is a serious post or a parody of some kind?

I was going to have a go at you, but since you're 'just sayin' that makes it ok.

Hopefully he fulfills his promise and makes the first team this or next season.

Welcome to the club Nick! An exciting young player who will be part of the building blocks for the future of the club.

Did friendlytramp confirm the deal is done yet?

To be fair to Scholesy, even when not injured Anderson has never consistently delivered on his potential. He's not a write off yet, but let's face it - he's running out of time.
That's because we've never used him in his natural position at left back. Apparently.

After watching everything I have found about Powell - I just can't help feeling that we have hit the jackpot here.

He strikes the back with both feet - with both accuracy and strength. He appears decent in the air - he doesn't appear to be lightning quick at first glance, but he always seem to keep defenders behind him.

I am very, very, very excited about this one!

Wha is it with everyone wanting to loan out new players. Everybody wants a new attacking midfieder you've got one.

Think he will be in the first team squad from the off at least till January. Help him learn the United way and who knows how he will do to begin with.

Have never seen him play so can't give an opinion on him.
Seems to be well talked of but that means nowt!
Hope he does well and becomes a superstar !
If he gets as long as Anderson he should have a fair crack at it

Why just a 4 yr contract? I could never understand giving out a 3/4 yr contract to a talented kid, a player of his talent should've been given a minimum 5 yr deal.

He must have been given a low wage contract with a promise of a quick upgrade if he does well early on.
