I think this is a good deal for both parties, and if I was in Cider's place, I'd do the same thing. Sure, he lost 20 odd million and Belhanda, but he got one of the best players in the game. This game isnt like FM, where stats are updated regularly. Who knows when Belhanda will reach Mullers level, if he ever does? 23m is a lot of cash, but it useless in this game unless you have someone to spend it on. I cant imagine much people would want to sell their top players, so having pots of cash can sometimes be useless. He payed 6m per rating increase, which is probably pennies for City, and that'll be mande up through European matches, etc. in no time.
Levo got a great deal too, but he'll need to use that 23m wisely. The shit thing for him now is that people know he has 23m to spend, so they'll naturally up their price by a few million.

Not got a food feeling about this. Went all out in the last game for a big win. As a result, players aren't at the very top of the fitness levels. Only 2 days between that game as well.
