How do I know the condition of my players? Whether they're tired or such.
The percentage near their names in the tactics screen. It will show at what level fitness they are at for your next fixture.

That is what I was hoping for, though I really do need a win. Apart from Millwall, nearly all of the other teams in the bottom half of the table are teams you'd expect to be competing for places in the top half of the table.
