Messi never had a poor game where he's scored? World Cup he had plenty of them games. Not the mark of world player of the year though

you really need to watch those games againMessi never had a poor game where he's scored? World Cup he had plenty of them games.
Indeed.27 goals for the league in January is clearly the mark of a world player of the year
that's right27 goals for the league in January is clearly the mark of a world player of the year
8 or 9 penalties included?27 goals for the league in January is clearly the mark of a world player of the year
It's been a while, but the game against Bosnia I seem to remember he was fairly average until he scored a great goal.you really need to watch those games again
A crap point to be fair. As if players of the year (Messi, L Ronaldo and others) never had an average game after winning the award.that's right
but not a tap in, wich was Snake Plissken's point
Unless half of them are penalties and/or the 5th and 6th goals in an 8 nil routIt's been a while, but the game against Bosnia I seem to remember he was fairly average until he scored a great goal.
The point is you don't score as many as Ronaldo and not deserve the Ballon D'Or.
You do know he was on the sideline when he passed the ball in, and sprinted 40 yards to get into position? It's not like he was sitting round the penalty spot waiting for the ball.8 or 9 penalties included?
Just saying he's having a lot of Pipo Inzaghi type performances lately where he's ultimately useless then served up a goal on a platter.
It's not as if I don't know he's going to end up on the scoresheet in practically every game. With his quality and service like that he'd have to bomb hard not to.Loves to shit on the Snake though
Far from being useless. Average i would call it. It's impossible to mantain top class performances during all the year. No player does that. Still two goals and neither were penalties.8 or 9 penalties included?

attacking player in getting into the penalty box shocker. You'll find non league players will do the same mate. It's hardly worthy of singling out for praise getting in the area when you're in a great positionYou do know he was on the sideline when he passed the ball in, and sprinted 40 yards to get into position? the thing is that ronaldo is not only about goals, its about skillsIt's been a while, but the game against Bosnia I seem to remember he was fairly average until he scored a great goal.

Average is being generous, he's just given it away all game and taken two simple chances. You still have to be a quality player to get those ones, but at the end of the day it's two unmarked chances from close range, and regardless of that his all round game in the last handful of games has been poor.Far from being useless. Sorry for the comment but...you are embarassing yourself with your small time comments in that thread. Messi may be the beter player, I think that he Is the better player, but give Ronaldo the credit he deserves, don't be so dismissive. It's not as if I don't know he's going to end up on the scoresheet in practically every game. Why would it bother anyone? As long as he keeps up his scoring rate it's all good.Average is being generous, he's just given it away all game and taken two simple chances. You still have to be a quality player to get those ones, but at the end of the day it's two unmarked chances from close range, and regardless of that his all round game in the last handful of games has been poor.
I just like to highlight it because I know how much it bothers people
That's your opinion. And it doesn't bother me, i just like to counter. This is what forums are for. I only get bothered about Sporting as seen in my posts arguing about the Rojo affair.Average is being generous, he's just given it away all game and taken two simple chances. Having read your comments on that R9 vs CR7 thread you made it pretty clear your knowledge of football is either very limited or doesn't extend beyond the last 7 or 8 years, so just sit down son.Sorry for the comment but...you are embarassing yourself with your small time comments in that thread. It's insane. The primary objective of football is to put the ball in the net - it means feck all if it is a penalty, tap in, or a solo effort from 50 yards. They all count the same. But but but some of them were penelties or tap ins....that that doesnt count
/idiotmode
I know it doesnt mate. But I can imagine guys like treble seething behind his keyboardThat's your opinion. And it doesn't bother me, i just like to counter. This is what forums are for. I only get bothered about Sporting as seen in my posts arguing about the Rojo affair.

Really? Falcao didn't get into good positions? The problem at United is you don't have the fluidity of their team and you don't have an abundance of creative talent like your Modric's, Bale's and Benzema's.Yet somehow, the likes of players at United cannot seem to do it? He plays shit, scores two goals. Not many players can do that in the world at a top level, but do continue to discredit him, it's quite amusing.
Or stop making stupid, obviously inflammatory posts and then getting upset when people call you out on it.Really? Falcao didn't get into good positions? Dry your eyes it's only a bit of fun and he's not a United player anymore so it's not as if you have to protect him like your first born.
Only one of them was outright stupid and set out as nothing more than bait, the general point of the others was fair imo. Feel free to counter it.Or stop making such stupid posts and then getting upset when people call you out on it.
It's that easy, which is why Lewandowski is sitting on double as many goals.Yet somehow, the likes of players at United cannot seem to do it? He plays shit, scores two goals. Not many players can do that in the world at a top level, but do continue to discredit him, it's quite amusing.
28 league goals already is staggering. Probably one of the most impressive stats i have ever seen.

I was talking about the type of goal - not the numerical order.they count the same?
over a guy that scores taps ins and penalties and the 5th goal of a 5 0 game i rather have a player that scores goals out of nothing and the 1st goal of every game or the winning goal
to say what you did is disregard how much important is the first goal over the 7th goal
