It won't mean a thing. He may even decide to change at half time if the first half eleven are dominated. Heck, he may not even change at all, if they're garbage for 60 minutes knowing that it'd be unfair for the second eleven.

this is an understrength barca and la liga teams should have their preseason started a week late than pl teams also. so if lvg wants to use this particular barca game to simulate what we are going to do against tottenham then he gets his point. despite of this he's still going to check it out if his starting 11 can work for the tottenham game. if not then we shall expect he will adjust

There never used to be. I have had it for ages, but I know some used to get it for pre-season. It would be typical if there is now a minimum term. You used to get parents of kids playing for other teams would buy it just to watch their sons play against Manchester United U-21's
would be pure unadulterated madness and would smack of having to shoehorn Blind into the team In some way.
On an aerial level, we could get away with Blind v Barcelona, but I wouldn't want to be lining up one dominant header short against a lot of the premier league teams
