There are no guarantees with any managerial appointment. Many are predicting that Pep may well struggle at City as he's not used to working in such a competitive league with such a high number of games.

Mourinho would be mid ranking company official albeit one highly paid so his hiring doesn't need shareholder approval like it would with a CEO.
