Welcome to the next edition of Draft Games! First off, let me apologize for the lame name but as it says, this Draft will be a mix of Reality and Auction formats. So, here goes...
Theme:
You have been appointed as a manager for a existing league team this season. Unfortunately you also have to put with a pesky annoying Director of Football who keeps poking his nose into your team's build-up. Since he can't fired/ignored, you need to build your team accommodating his 'inputs'. This also features real life incidents like random injuries, players refusing to play etc which you must work around and overcome.
Pre-Draft - Director of Football Interference Picks:
Before we begin actual drafting, all Managers will post 4 players (1 player per category) in this thread. These players will be randomly allocated as DoF interference picks during the relevant rounds.
Legacy - Decent player. Not a star, not a sheep. Player not usually picked in an all-time format. (Eg. Wes Brown).
DoFI: Defender - Should be considered one of the greatest of all times.
DoFI: Midfielder- Should be considered one of the greatest of all times.
DoFI: Forward - Should be considered one of the greatest of all times.
Don't get too hung up on "is he a midfielder or is he a forward?" type questions. Just nominate in a category and I'll decide if it's a big mismatch.
Drafting:
The playing managers will be randomized (like in a traditional snake format) with snake drafting and DoFI interference picked being allocated alternatively.
Note: You cannot bid over available budget at any time. In case anyone exceeds their budget, one of their DoFI GOAT players (at random) will be banned.
At end of auction, all mananger should have 14 players in their squad and confirm they are not bidding further.
Other Rules:
O1 - Your team must feature a Youth player born on or after 1/1/1990.
O2 - Legacy and Youth player must play in R1
Reinforcements:
Pool: Losing Teams
RF1 - Every team will suffer 2 players (picked at random) being suspended/injured from previous round's starting 11 before every round. Injured players will be unavailable for that round and will be back for subsequent rounds. Do note that they can get injured again in subsequent rounds again as it's all randomized.
RF2 - Reinforcements will be in snake format, order reversed.

Here's when disaster strikes. One of your players needs some pampering which you refuse. After a bit of hair dryer and shoe throwing, the players refuses to play and packs his bags off to wherever he came from! This player will be blocked for all subsequent rounds through this draft.R02 - Managers pick Player 2
R03 - DoFI Defender Pool will be randomized and one player awarded to each manager.

E01 - Tevezobola: All teams will be randomized and 1 player per team will be T-Bola'd. Legacy players will be excluded from T-bola exit.
At the end of Tevezobola, all teams will have 7 players each. They need to recruit minimum 7 more players in an open auction format bringing total team strength to minimum of 14. No Maximum team limit
A01 - $210m budget with minimum 7 players to be picked.
A03 - Players born before 01-Jan-1945 will have minimum starting bid of $20m. After that date it'll be $10m minimum.
A04 - GoalKeeper's start off minimum bid of $20m.
A05 - 12 hrs without up-bid to be successful.
A06 - $2m minimum up-bid for first 8 hours. $5m minimum up-bid for last 4 hours.
