Haha, that's my thinking as well unless you owe someone a favour.

P.S. I hope you don't think I have no friends for sorting you that Liverpool home brief all those years ago.. I made sure they were all sorted first! :D
I ended up with 2 for Liverpool at home years back. Think one was viagogo and one was the ballot. So one was the rip off £75, and one the standard £40 ish.
The cheaper one was the better seat typically, but I didn't want to look like profiteering to the "loosely a pal's pal", so ended up selling him the cheap one, while I was at the back of a stand for almost double the price

Yeah, viagogo fees were a rip off but then it did give you more of a chance of getting the big home games without being a ST holder. Can't believe United still haven't moved on a new ticket exchange since that deal broke down.

'I've got a spare for the Cup final, i know i'll offer it up to a random bloke on the Caf'.

You'd have to have literally no mates.
I actually got a ticket for the FA Cup semi final last season from a randomer on twitter, so you never know..

Yep, it is an arse, especially as they've got so "heavy" with the big threats for their unrealistic ideas on passing tickets on.

Viagogo served a great cause back in the day. I remember many an evening sitting there smashing the F5 key, seeing a ticket come up, thrashing details in, and that 10second wait of have I or haven't I got the big game!

Anyone had their cup final tickets come through yet? I have been told to wait until tomorrow.

Mine haven't been delivered yet either, think tomorrow is the deadline. Anyone received theirs?

Why are tickets to the Bournemouth game so fecking hard to find?

It was easier to get spares for Liverpool when I had season tickets!

I thought for this game, among others, it would be easy to find a few.

It's my sons 16th next week and I'm still hoping to take him as we live near Bournemouth it'll be a great game to treat him.

Might have to contact my local supporters club. That'll be interesting.

It's been relatively easy the last few years under Moyes and LvG but seems like a lot more people are interested again with Jose, Pogba and Zlatan etc on board. FYI that's not a dig at you.

More tickets always arise on the week of the game so I wouldn't panic just yet but yeah, might as well try your luck with the supporters club.

You're right, I can see why it's harder this year.

Didn't want to leave it to chance or until the last minute, that's all.

Feck. Plan foiled.
I have posted one of the tickets to my mate so there's a still a chance if your willing to rummage around the Royal Mail delivery hub in the Midlands.

You could just wait around the disabled entrance at Wembley....

Yeah, I'm not brave enough to do that on my own  But cheers.

Watching it with a few Cafites in central London instead.

Looking for a spare pair for the Chelsea FA cup game if anyone has any?
Best bet is to head down to the United pub before the game, but chances of a pair, let alone one, are slim.

How so?

As @Zebs said, we play on the Thursday before and after so not much difference between Sun/Mon in terms of recovery.

Pain for matchgoing fans that have to travel a long way to the ground but they've been put last for years. :(
It's by far the big game of the round, and they're putting it on Monday night, aka the graveyard slot.

Saturday and Sunday are traditional. They brought back MNF a few years ago because of the good viewing figures. Friday night football is not so popular, I hear.
I still have nightmares about my usual sub 3hour drive taking about 6 hours for that Southampton game opener!

United sent an email out yesterday. They have club Wembley tickets available for £222. First come first served basis to season ticket holders who were not successfull in the original ballot.

Just got a call from the ticket office. They had a single ticket available but the fecker didnt select it in time and a colleague of his ended up selling it. Put me on hold and apologised and promised to call me back incase another pops up

Guys, Bournemouth please! Coming in all the way from Sweden and it's my only chance to watch a game live this season.

How is everyone getting to and from Wembley on Sunday? I am heading down tomorrow to see Cantona so will be taking a different route to what I would usually.

Normally I would come and go from Wembley Central tube station but since I will be coming from and going back to Euston train station I am wondering if there is a better/quicker route to avoid the hour long walk back up Wembley way. Any London based reds able to offer any advice?

How abouts walking the opposite direction to Wembley Stadium train station and going to Marylebone, then the tube to Euston?
