Yeah credits are just for European aways. 1 credit for each application and 2 credits for each attendance.
You need to have purchased all home cup games to be eligible and then it goes down to:
1. Credits with 1 attendance or more - all guaranteed a ticket
2. Credits for applications.

That list does include members who aren't eligible and ST/execs that did not purchase all home cup games.
My reckoning is that people with 3 credits and above should be safe and people with 2 credits will have a chance. All dependant on how many tickets United keep in-house and the actual final allocation from UEFA.
