Salah is the perfect Klopp player. He would never work that good in La Liga for Barca or Real.

I heard Real Madrid are interested in Salah. Would be a really good move for him.

I can't remember why I joined this war.
yeah but that's why he can do it, he's tiny, it's very difficult to push tiny, muscly people over. It's a weird point to make to be honest, and a few in here are doing it. Lukaku can never hope to have the same center of gravity as a player half his size!
Agreed it's a vital point to make that strong smaller players are probably harder to push off the ball than taller ones, still Lukaku weighs like 95 kilos? There is no way he should lose so many physical battles as he does.

I know what you mean, but lukaku should be able to hold off defenders in that manner. First goal he isn't agile enough with his size, the second is a classic striker play pinning a guy back and turning him.

Salah could have easily had 5 today with better finishing, but Leicester's defending at times was laughable

Maybe, but it's unrelated, that's my point. It's totally unfair to use Salah as a comparison. Find someone the same size of him who can do what Salah did today and then get back to me!

Hope we see this one through. Leicester are a good side who have given us one of the toughest games we've had at anfield this season today.

Never ever thought I'd say it about a Liverpool player, but at halfway stage salah is player of season for me. Carrying them, in his first season with them

You'd think he gets the ball straight from takes on ten players and chips the goalie. Its a team game la.

23 goals before the New Year. Unbelievable really. On current pace he will smash Suarez's numbers in 2013/14

No I disagree completely. He shouldn't be able to hold off players in "that manner" because the reason Salah can do it is his height. Do you think it's pure coincidence that the best players at dribbling and holding off defenders are small? Hazard, Sanchez, Messi, for example. You just can't compare Lukaku to him in that regard.

Yeah but he's head and shoulders above the rest this year, mane and coutinho patchy and interrupted seasons, firmino doing well but salah is having one of those seasons

Salah is terrific and I wish we had signed him but Klopp's system does really help him get a lot of chances. His sytem must a dream to play for, for quick skillful attackers. It's pretty much designed to cater to them.

Camera is on Bakayoko, so commentator starts talking about what a great day he 'Rudiger' had had...

Drogba is a good example, he was very strong and powerful. He rarely scored goals like Salah did today, though.
True, not sure even Salah scores many like he did today. By the way, Ibra at his prime was also very strong and powerful.
