I highly doubt it's £35M + Mkhi. I bet it's around £20M + Mkhi.
If Mhkitaryan is in the deal we won't also be giving them £35m.

It's really not. Mkhitaryan will cost us more over the three seasons it takes to run down his contract because no one else will touch him.
To be honest, I think Sanchez will join a very short list of players that will be starting almost every game for us. Mata, Martial, Lingard and Rashford will all rotate.

Mkhitaryan prefers Dortmund, you'd feel. Hopefully Arsenal and Dortmund can work something out with Aubameyang going to London and Mkhitaryan returning to Germany, freeing up Sanchez to join us and thus keeping everyone happy.

Him and Lingard are probably the 2 players who offer the most movement in the attacking third. Martial and Lukaku are a bit too static and expect the ball to be played to feet too often.
It'll probably be something like £35m and they buy Mkhitaryan separately, or £5m plus Mkhitaryan. No way are we valuing the deal that high, especially since Jose has other big needs to fill in the squad for the summer where the additional income from his sale would come in extra handy.
It wont be both. Cant see it being both Ozil and Sanchez nor the full 35M and Mkhi. I am guessing it will be Mkhi +5 or 10M max
