Juve managed to play good only for 10 mins in the 1st leg in 10 mins the 2nd leg and scored 4 goals!!!
Hopefully we get them next round and we make him.Id like to see buffon cry again
Memes write themselvesTrends will be trends
True that!True. But Real have won 3 of the last 4 CL titles, while their team has mostly stayed the same. That's so important and gives them a huge advantage.
They're a much more cohesive unit than the collection of PSG players.
Think more to do with the mental strength. They need to believe that they are not bottlersSpurs look a bit spent to be honest. I know everyone loves the pressing game but it does take a toil on their players especially after 70 minutes or so.
To get Juve's players some yellows? What is Alli's point in this game?
How dare you! Top bloke! (Let's wait for his tears to be against us!)Id like to see buffon cry again
Lads, it's Spurs.
ragazzi, il suo tottenham
It is a goal now for Spuds would set up extra time.Thought it a was just at 2-2?
Yes, and the corresponding gaffes.Four trips to the semi's in his last five seasons?
Not CL. Keep up man.Won a European trophy last year?
I don’t know, Monsieur Butter (if that IS your real name!).Seriously, anyone saying they'd rather Pochettino to Mourinho in a game like this doesn't know their football. It's hipster bullcrap.
They've been caught using blood-spinning technique in the past, their physical levels won't drop much despite their intense pressing game.Spurs look a bit spent to be honest. I know everyone loves the pressing game but it does take a toil on their players especially after 70 minutes or so.
I think you misunderstood what I wrote. You joking, right? Juve needs to score one more for win. You know away goal counts for two! Someone once explained here..
No, that's the League Cup and I think FA Cup replays.
0-0 or 1-1 would have seen Spurs through. 2-2 is extra time and penalties if needed. 3-3 and above will see Juve through.
Fair enough, my bad. This isn't the league cup. Away goals count at any stage.
Not even close to full strenght. Three starters, tops.City are losing 1-2 without de bruyne. They're playing almost full strength (Jesus for Aguero).
No manager currently I’d rather have in a situation like this than Jose.Seriously, anyone saying they'd rather Pochettino to Mourinho in a game like this doesn't know their football. It's hipster bullcrap.
As it should, never understood the hate defending as part of game gets, like its cancer of football. Always found it weird when people see good/great defending as easy, hell proper working bus parking isnt easy.Love how Juventus celebrate defending.
Would love to see that.I want Spurs to equalise, the game to go to penalties and Alli to miss the decisive one please.
To be a generalised cnut. What is Alli's point in this game?
They have been in both the legs, but doesn’t count for much when you concede soft easy goals like they have both in the first leg and now. It’s more a lesson in naivety. An experienced team who are used to winning shouldn’t blow a match that you dominated. But they have been 2nd best for most of the game, no? They have played like the older team, heavier legged on in general.
They may win but they have been 2nd best till now
Living up to your tag there...Not even close to full strenght. Three starters, tops.
Poch is a superb young manager I agree. But too many Utd fans on here quickly write off our Jose who's won it all and are quick to praise a guy who hasn't won jack all.I don’t know, Monsieur Butter (if that IS your real name!).
As a neutral on this one I totally take your point on Mourinho’s mastery of this type of two-legged European tie. I would be intrigued however, to see what a manager like Pochettino would get out of players like PP, Rashford and Martial, even Herrera maybe.
I do think people go a bit overboard on Poch’ but he’s a very good young manager. If he continues on this path, and adds a trophy or two I could see him at United at some stage. A few ‘if’s’ and ‘but’s’ in there though.
Why?Id like to see buffon cry again
In this home game, sure. He wouldn't have gotten that away result, though. No manager currently I’d rather have in a situation like this than Jose.
Really? What's so special about Mourinho's recent Champions League record? No manager currently I’d rather have in a situation like this than Jose.
