Silly Firmino, he thought too long about whether he can find a tap-in for Salah, and screwed it up in the end.

TAA figures out his positioning on long balls he has everything else to be world class. Pace, crossing, he plays out of the back. They´ll have to find a new position for Joe Gomez.
I think he would do well playing CB.

2 more goals and Salah will equal Ronaldo's record of goals in 2008.
If he wins two more trophies too we'll consider comparing them both.

Bournemouth have been all over Pool last 10 minutes.

Commentators refuse to criticise VD. Gets caught wrong side of Wilson and Wilson puts it narrowly wide, and apparently it's the change in CB pairing that's at fault.

Ronaldo is definitely better. Found that stat interesting though. At this time I never thought I'll say a +40 goals player in the England again. That record at this time was phenomenal.

You must absolutely hate having the national idol playing for the Scouse.

Huge talent. Rare to find a full back with that much quality on the ball. With him and Sessengnon England have some real potential at full back.

AOC gets better and better in his midfield role. First game he was nearly flawless with his touches, runs and decision-making. Often his technique and precision let him down, but if he can sort that out, he´ll make the 35M look a bargain. Wonder if Arsene Wenger was brave enough to add a CL or WC winner incentive. :nervous:

It really sucks isn't it ? But most Egyptians don't give a feck about Liverpool anyway. I saw them celebrating Salah's goals while Liverpool was losing.

Decent from us. Now here's hoping City absolutely thrash Spurs.

He seems to be really enjoying playing for Klopp/Liverpool. When he's playing well, it's hard to not like him.

Cheers Giffy. Urgh, he's annoyingly good.
Humble too. I saw an interview with him on CNN and the Interviewer asked him about Harry Kane and their rivalry.

His reply was something along the lines of “Yes well it’s not really a competition, we play in different positions. I’m a winger and he’s a striker. He plays much closer to goal so it’s much easier for him to score and he doesn’t have to work for the team”.

The interviewer kinda laughed but you can tell she was a little bit surprised that he had said it. Usually players are media trained to be gracious and say “its all about the team, my stats aren’t important” or whatever but he was having none of it :lol;

So what do we want ? A Pep meltdown after a loss or Spurs loss so they stay away from us ?

A continued City meltdown for me, thanks. I like to see City and Pep suffer. Whether or not we finish ahead of Spurs is in our own hands.

Christ! Burnley never give up! They do really deserve a place in the Europa League without any doubt.

Guess everything is all but sorted at the bottom, with the nail in the coffin for Southampton today.

Wonder if Mark Hughes will get Manager of the Year if Southampton and Stoke go. Relegating two teams is quite an achievement.

Difficult to say. I want Spurs to lose because of the whole Harry Kane thing and I want City to lose to add more salt into their wounds. I'm enjoying their current meltdown and wouldn't mind to see at prolonged further. Probably draw is the best outcome.

I want an own goal retroactively credited to Harry Kane.

That will teach these stupid owners recycling the same shite.
Very true. Lower PL teams boards are cowardly where managers are concerned. Big Sam only came in at Everton because they were in trouble. Except most of these managers drop the clubs into even more trouble.

In the last couple of weeks if we didn't have bad luck we'd have no luck.

Trippier nowhere near Sane & Sanchez fecking their offside line for no reason.

What a miss by Sane!
