You think the pet club of fascist dictatorship should be considered the greatest club side of all time? Even if they were great at football, they were the pet club of fascist dictatorship. I'm not in any way trying to inject politics into anything, I think we should all be able to unequivocally agree that fascist dictatorship is bad. As a Liverpool supporter, I clearly don't wish United well, but I would never want to see them relegated. Just an eternity of 10th place and a 0% record against us. I value the passion and excitement of the derby too much to see United go away. Alternatively, I would like to see Real Madrid relegated, placed into administration and they cease to exist. They are an awful club with an awful history.
I've never read so much bullsh... in this forum, its amazing what kind of shite people can write.
First of all, we are talking about the best team ever, and by achievements that Madrid team is the one, I don't care if you think they shouldn't be regarded as that because they had the best players thanks to Franco, Quatar oil money, Chinese millionaires or whatever... they were amazing and the most successful side ever in the most important tournament of the world.
But then lets talk about all the bullshite you talked about, you hate as much as someone Madrid because of their history? A history that you don't even know!!
You talk about the team of the fascist dictatorship, a team thas was winning everything in Spain before Franco, then when Franco took the power and the dictatorship was in its strongest moment, Madrid failed to win a single trophy in 15 years! 15!!!
You know who were the teams that won the most on that times? Barcelona with 5 and Atletico with 4...
Kubala (Best Barcelona player in history after Messi) got to Barca thanks to Franco, trying to use him as anticommunist propaganda by the regime, some years before Di Stefano got to Madrid. Di Stefano was the one that made Madrid start winning everything.
But Di Stefano wasn't put in Madrid by Franco. Madrid bought it to Millonarios, that was said to be the owner of the federative rights of Di Stefano, while Barca said it was River Plate, the team he was playing in that moment. The Spanish Federation decided to give both teams a fair resolution and decided that Stefano would play 2 years in Madrid and 2 years in Barca.
The first months of Di Stefano at Madrid weren't as good as everybody thought and Barca in October 23 of 1953 announced that they were no more interested in Di Stefano, and renounced the rights for the player.
Barca was saved 3 times from bankrupcy by Franco, in 1961, 1963 and 1965, the last one Franco helped them to pay a debt of 230 million pesetas they owed from building the Camp Nou.
He also helped them to build the Palau Blaugrana and Palacio de Hielo, the team gave him two gold medals because of his help and named him Honorary President of both buildings.
Madrid team of the fascist regime? The biggest and shitiest myth in world football, and you can easily investigate and see all I wrote is true
We could say that Liverpool is a team of hooligans and murderers, thanks to Heysel (in fact thanks to your hooligans, a lot of Juventus Fans died that day) and Hillsbourough... but we can't say that the Liverpool team are murderers and hate them because of that, because it would be ignorant and stup...
So please, the next time you are going to comment something, try to connect your brain to your fingers before starting, so you don't look ridiculous and ignorant.
