But if they had anything on Trump they would be roasting him over a spit right now.
I dunno, hopefully they're holding back for whatever reason but I just can't see it. Its not a movie where they wait for the third act.
There is no value in trickling indictments in the way of Trump and his associates, it would bring too much heat on the investigation. The big indictments will come towards the end when all evidence is compiled and cases are watertight.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the Russians named in the indictment mysteriously, one by one die off in ambiguous ways

Would it not be easier just to be given new identities. if it has not already happened

The difference is that the Watergate burglars did it under orders from the White House and possibly with Nixon's knowledge. We don't know that yet about Trump...but it's coming.
There’s literally a video of him requesting the emails on 27th July 2016 and in the latest indictments, they allege they have evidence that the hacking started up again on exactly that date just hours after he said it.

Whether he was being bombastic or not is irrelevant. What he did was totally illegal.

The fact that impeachment is a political decision means it's not going to happen. Under Nixon there wes consensus as to what everyone regarded as fact. There isn't anymore. The fact there is a debate about when Trump arrived in Scotland in 2016 shows how far we've sunk. Even if the Dems take over the House, they won't do it. It will be seen as a political coup and they will fear the blowback.

And they'll get blowback if they don't do anything. Better to do what their constituents want.

I feel very sorry for this guy's family and what Hannity etc put them through

Not to mention Assange himself essentially trying to out Rich as the source. Tells you all you need to know about his character that he would use a man's completely unrelated murder to try and cover his own arse.

After getting utterly routed by Strzok, they're not going to even bring in Page.

I really think they weren't expecting Strzok to be as aggressive and cunning as he was. I mean he is one of the country's best counter intelligence agents. They were never going to break him.

Probably weren't expecting that aggressive patriotic anger either. He torched them with it. He was well prepared and presented his points accurately as well as passionately, and the Dems did their bit too with an excellent strategy.

Aye, that’s what I said yesterday. The guys a seasoned analyst, investigator and interrogator and they thought it would be a good idea to try grilling him in an open hearing.

exactly. especially because he had basically a year to prepare and some pretty great answers to feed them. I feel he had done that speach he gave Gowdy infront of the mirror 20 times prior to yesterday

I’d be shocked if it was less than 200.

Also relevant in the brexit thread. Sources say data shows the Cambridge Analytica servers were in regular contact with Russia. Been shared with Mueller.

Reluctant to post it as I think ShareBlue are a little too left-bias to be totally credible as a source. But I’ll post it anyway with that disclaimer.

Russian gals known for their good looks ought to be looking better. Would love to see the NRA get a lot of dirt from this too though, couldn't have wished for a better organization to be affected.

Jesus fkin Christ read this Reddit thread:

http://reddit.com/r/politics/comments/8zdlx9/russian_national_charged_in_conspiracy_to_act_as/

If true - Russia infiltrating the highest level of the NRA, blocking Romney's appointment as SoS, people at the highest levels of conservative groups compromised, and more. Guess that's what friends do.
Definitely possible. I suspect there are Russian operatives all over the place.
