Why is Douglas Costa not starting? Crazy
Same goes with Dybala.

Allegri admittedly said that in these 3 first games before the break only cared about points. And that he chose the players to get those results even if that meant playing in the ugliest possible way. The man is a clinical bastard like old school Capello.

Btw Costa starts quite often on the bench against small teams, because Allegri thinks in terms of starting XIV rather than XI. He already know more or less which player will be subbed in and at what time, so he prepares the game accordingly. The thing is that most mid-table teams have to run and press twice than we do to compensate for the skill differential, so in the second half they are always tired. At that point a subbed in Costa is just unstoppable.

He has been a game changer in several games.

I was reading online this morning that Jose apparently vetoed Woodward from moving for Ronaldo which would seriously piss me off if I was a United fan. He's 34 but he would have still got at least 25 goals this season, if there was an opportunity to sign him I don't get why Jose wouldn't take it.
My friend, Jose is not going to tell Woodward not to sign a player. In fact Jose was moaning about the lack of signings. It was in fact Woodward who wanted to save money for his bosses and the best way to do this was to not buy players.
The players which Jose wanted us to buy, were attainable, but Woodward, our DoF, refused to buy those players. He later came out with some garbage that he wanted to buy great players like Varane...but couldn't get that type of player.

The Juventus - Sassuolo match is all around terrible. Constant interruptions because of small trips, fouls and/or "injuries", Serie A still looks like football from the 80s or 90s... They may get people to tune in with things like the Ronaldo transfer, but those people won't stay around if the product is crap... And watching this it's no surprise that the Italian national team is going down the drain.

Most typical CRonaldo goal of all time:lol: but they all count... why didn’t Ferrari just leave the ball?

must be the most underwhelming goal of his career, but at least he can shake off that anxiety now

To be honest I think that's the only way he would score, he looks terrible, slow, all passes directly to the opponents, constantly complaining to everyone about everything... And he had a break to recharge the batteries during the international break, this is pretty bad... He will score a couple this season because he'll take all their penalties and if you're in the opponent's box most of the time some are bound to hit you at the right angle or fall at your feet like the one today but even compared to last season he looks like he has aged 3-5 years...

And the second goal doesn't change anything, it would have been embarrassing if he had missed that...

He's Juve's equivalent of the Sanchez signing. Done great with his previous clubs but can't seem to get it going for his current club.

Have you even watched this game? None of that is even remotely true.

Was inevitable. This goal scoring thing is just part of his DNA.

Ronaldo's played 3 1/2 games for a new team in a new league in a new country. That team is currently top of the league with a 100% record. Talk about a rush to judgment!

Tbh his misses were ridiculous. Missed easier chances than the ones he scored from so his haters will Always talk
But at least they will just scream from the cave instead of showing their faces. At least for now.

The debate will always be eternal, and the haters will be eternal, Ronaldo will be a discussion until the end of time. That's just beautiful when you think about it.

That first chance was pretty difficult. He didn't really have the opportunity to put any curve onto it with it being slightly behind him and at an awkward height. He was just too square to the pass. Second one was a sitter though.

To be fair anyone who wrote off the best player in the world after 3 games in a new team new league and new country should just stop watching football.

With that being said 2 goals and 3 pts today now the flood gates will open and he will do what he does better then anyone score goals and win games.

Two things- you didn’t watch the game or you are a hater which normally on this forum means you are a Messi fanboy

If there’s anything that I’ve learned about Ronaldo - don’t ever write him off. He’ll probably hit 40 this season.

Oh, man! I don’t know where to start with this:lol: The last paragraph seems to have come as a direct result from his goal, while you were typing. A couple! Hah! Did you perchance start watching football this year?

Nothing unexpected we all know he starts the season slow then bang them nonstop.

He'll reach 40 goals as usual.
