If it wasn't for Rudiger this would be 25-0. Fair play to him, after a poor first half he's showing heart, possibly the only one.

With Rashford, Sterling, Kane and the impressive Sancho leading our forward line, we look set for years. It's a great feeling.

The midfield, however...

We need to go the Liverpool route, IMO.

4-2-3-1 with Sancho/Kane/Sterling and Alli the most advanced midfielder, then just two workhorses behind them doing the basics and keeping it simple with the job being just to provide it to the front 4.

Go on Dean, give Kante or Hazard a red card. I want us to smash them at Stamford Bridge.

Gundogan does his first Fernandinho and gets booked for it. He just hasn't got the knack of looking innocent.

LVG hasn't been effective as a coach since his Barca days 2 decades ago. The game left him behind because he refused to adapt to modern-day conditions - similar to Jose in that regard.

It's always difficult comparing modern-day managers with their historical counterparts given the many alterations to the rules over the years and technological advancements that have improved fitness levels and overall ability of footballers worldwide.

Purely on trophy count, Sarri has a long way to go if he wishes to match LVG's accomplishments.
LVG is definitely flawed but the point is comparing him to Sarry, there's no comparison really, and Sarri is younger than LVG by 7 years, so he's not actualy "modern-day" manager.

Yeah, we have enough firepower that I think just competence in midfield and that would be enough.

Ali is a bit like Sterling though, he's normally pretty bad for England.

Egypt.
We can beat Chelsea and Arsenal to fourth we just need to maintain our current form. Chelsea is not at good state at all and Arsenal can still drop points.

I say it a lot, but the depth in this City team is just silly.

They're slapping a top 4 contending side with the likes of Silva, Mahrez, Jesus and Sane on the bench.

When Chelsea tank the season they really do it in style you have to credit them for that. Mad that Arsenal are our biggest threat for 4th.
