He was entering the last year of his contract, so Ajax were forced to sell. There were definitely plenty of rumours linking him with bigger clubs, and he’d won numerous awards in Holland. The transfer market has changed massively right now, Ajax would ask for a much higher fee.
He was 100% seen as one of the biggest talents in Europe for his age group. Pretty sure he came close to the golden boy award twice when he was at Ajax.

Mike Dean was a joke all game. Bardsley tackle was a disgrace, it was clearly never a corner and free kicks were being handed out like sweets to Burnley.
Don't blame Poch for lashing out at all. Not the right move logically speaking but understandably frustrated at how shite the officiating was.

I've seen another video. To me it looks like Dean says something that makes Pochettino lose the plot. It doesn't look good on Pochettino but let's not forget Dean is a bit of a twat.

Should receive a touchline ban for that, irrespective of his generally fine record. We can’t dictate that players show respect to referees if it’s going to be tolerated when managers square up to them and point fingers in their faces.

Was a clear error by Pochettino to switch formation, from that moment on Burnley were cutting us open and clearly the more dangerous side. We were barely able to get out of our own half.
I can see why he went for that approach, but it was him hitting the panic button IMO.

To be completely honest I'm not surprised with today's result anyway, Burnley have shown huge improvements since Dyche figured out Hart couldn't organise an under 10's defence never mind a Premier League side.
A draw wasn't a great result but it was far better moral wise than a defeat, that wafer thin squad has now lost its momentum. I can't believe he changed the formation so drastically with so much of the game remaining, such a poor tactical decision which was exposed by the two fresh attacking players Burnley brought on with ten minutes to go.
The League has gone now, I'd be tempted to rest players for the Champions league games if I were Poch.
