Yes absolutely.Anyone with a pair of eyes knows our build up and transitions are fecking shit.
It's more what he sees as the solution long term. Pogba or a new signing.

To play a 4-4-2 diamond our full backs have to be a bit more offensively, Luke Shaw is good, but the right side has a lot of room for improvement. It's a good sign when you can play poorly and still win. With that being said, that was an ugly performance. I'm not sure I like this 4-4-2 diamond that we are playing. A big part of it is that I feel that Martial and Rashford are playing too far away from each other. Almost seems like they are both wingers. When we are defending they are both out wide. I'd prefer to see one out wide and the other central and as the ball shifts, they shift. I would also like to see more pressing and when we do get the ball, quick passing. Our midfield is holding the ball way too long...
Fantastic in the PSG game is OTT.Funny since the PSG game we have been rubbish, Pogba didn’t play in that game and we were fantastic, Pogba has played in every game since and we have been awful.
Make your own minds up but Pogba has to go and any money received can be spent on someone who won’t only play when it suits him.
Mat well past it, Matic has looked slow recently, yep we need a new midfield, how much will that cost?
£300 million.
Just got back from the game and he ran the show from start to finish. Real box to box.We could do a lot worse than Doucoure. Surprised Spurs haven't gone for him yet.
Yes, when we are in possession you are absolutely correct. However, that wasn't what I was talking about. But I get it...any chance to have a pop at Ashley Young, even if that wasn't what I was referring to. Not even close...sighTo play a 4-4-2 diamond our full backs have to be a bit more offensively, Luke Shaw is good, but the right side has a lot of room for improvement.
More of like playing Pogba further up the pitch.Pogba is a pure #10 ( Baggio type ) Playmaker, he cannot defend for his life because his positional sense is very poor. He has never won a tackle because he is always 10 yards away from the ball. He is a liability against opposition who can play a bit.Ole saying he may play Pogba deeper to get more of the ball is interesting.
Hopefully it's a temporary thing until we sign other midfielders capable of dictating from deeper. Hopefully it's not that Pogba is the answer there, just a stop gap.
Pochettino's Southampton. Remember Ferguson saying after that game that Southampton were the best opposition he had seen at OT all season. It happened the last time we won the league. I'm going to assume it also happened multiple times after that.

Psg hangoverBit of a post-internationals hangover but three points is three points and we're back in the top four for now.
We do not keep the ball well. It does not matter what we do in pre season, we cannot have high intensity and pressing throughout a whole season when we only have 50% possession of the ball. The injuries and fatigue will repeat. Our players are exhausted, their fitness levels are far from the Ole's standard level, because we have not played a single season with high intensity for years. We need to finish this season as high in the table as we can, and with no World Cup or Euros this summer, we will, hopefully, have a good preseason and really go for it. Going full overwork-the-opposition mode now will result in us dropping like flies. Do not forget that Paul Pogba played in the longest World Cup possible, so he could also be feeling some lead in his legs.
Why are our players knackered? It seems we're just making excuses. The biggest issue with us over the last few years has been the peformances. Focus on peformances and focus on excellence. Being jammy will only bring notional short term gain.At this point in the season I'm really not too fussed about the performances. Points are all that matters.
I can imagine the players being absolutely knackered. Hopefully we'll see more of Fred and mctominay in the coming weeks and they'll be able to provide a fresh impetus.
If they were equally shocking in training, we can blame him for playing them instead of Fred, Pereira, and McTominay. But maybe Fred, Pereira, and McTominay were equally shocking in training, so who knows?Midfield were absolutely shocking today. Can't blame Ole for that.
It was big mistake to pick that midfield just after they returned from their injuries. We weren't desperate for herrera, matic even Pogba today. Pogba just played 180 min on the international duty- our only player to do so. The likes of Scott/Fred should've been left to keep their place whilst the other two build their fitness again. Andress freshness coming on at the end helped made some difference and we lacked this energy from the stArt.Midfield were absolutely shocking today. Can't blame Ole for that.
Very reminiscent of Mourinho this, picking the same players over and over again. Very worrying trend with OleIt was big mistake to pick that midfield just after they returned from their injuries. Pogba is not going to like it.Ole saying he may play Pogba deeper to get more of the ball is interesting
Indeed. If ole starts to make favorites I'm afraid he won't be lasting in the job. Rooney led Van gaal to the sack. Matic and lukaku in particular led mourinho to the sack. Too many players returning at once should not be thrown in at once. Especially when their back ups had shown good form prior. 2 defeats and 1 terrible game since Matics return.Very reminiscent of Mourinho this, picking the same players over and over again. Very worrying trend with Ole

4 changes since last game and he's still picking the same players over and over again?Very reminiscent of Mourinho this, picking the same players over and over again. Very worrying trend with Ole
This exhaustion excuse is kinda lame tbh. Most of the players were injured pre Arsenal game for few weeks and just returned and many were called out of their national team during the break. Our players are exhausted, their fitness levels are far from the Ole's standard level, because we have not played a single season with high intensity for years. We need to finish this season as high in the table as we can, and with no World Cup or Euros this summer, we will, hopefully, have a good preseason and really go for it. You missed the point, he is picking players regardless of form or whether they just got back recently from injury to play long minutes while forgetting about Fred4 changes since last game and he's still picking the same players over and over again?
This was a poor performance, but with so many players recovering from injuries I'm satisfied
Not you tooPogba’s in Spain already
Becoming more and more Mourinho team with every passing game. Fitness was just an excuse, if that was the case it would be more of individual issue than collective one. Our weakness is rather than obvious, when oppo team press midfield shit themselves and can't even do simple thing like stringing 3 passes together. It happens way too often to us, how United' going to win anything if these set of players decide to turn off on random occasions.
It's interesting to see how will Ole address it
Not the only one thinking this. I was in the Stretty and despite the positivity, it was what most people I spoke to thought. We were awful - it was like a win scraped under Jose.
Now we've stopped pressing we look bang average again.
The midfield 3 were all particularly bad.
