Eriksen would be a great signing for us if we manage to fix our right side and sign a few attacking players who are good on the ball. With our current front line, he would look really average.

Do you think we'd go for a destroyer type of midfielder if we signed him? Don't think we will sign Rodri who would be my ideal signing as the controller from deep.
I'd hope we'd be playing him at the tip of the diamond so that would still leave the midfield combinations a little more flexible. If Ole does plan to play 4-3-3 and saw Eriksen as #8 in that system, then yeah, we'd need a monster holder to make that even feasible, and I'm not sure where we'd get that from to be honest, the Caf is gassed on Rice pudding but I don't see it myself and players like Ndidi who often get mentioned are far too limited on the ball.

Just out of curiosity - why are we so heavily linked with Munier ? Don't get me wrong - I like the guy, I just can't see why he would be available

The only issue is that Levy would ask for 100 million for Eriksen, at least. But would love to get Eriksen and Alderweireld from Spurs, would weaken them and address two of our weak areas. Get a mobile DM who can cover the defense.

OK so let me get this straight. According to Marza, Hazard transfer is done for 100 mill, Pogba is begging Madrid to take him, they are keeping an eye of Joao Felix and Koulibaly and on top of that Jovic for 70 million.
I'm guessing they are planning to pay for all these transfers with the 400 million they are going to get for Varane and the 150 million for Bale

at the bottom of Ole’s wheel
Might be my opinion bias, but I read Pogba into those comments about dressing room and character.
Yeah, it’s bias alright. If those comments are aimed at any one player, which I don’t think they are, I’d say it’s Lukaku.

Ole has done nothing but sing Pogba’s praises of late and he’s done more defensive work in the past few matches than I can recall in any stretch under Mourinho.

I didn't forget to add it. I don't believe it firstly, but it's also irrelevant. If Jovic cares so much about playing time he may not want to go somewhere that has lots of forwards.
I think it’s more quality of players than just numbers. If you look at a front line of Messi, Suarez, Dembele, Coutinho, Malcolm and then a front line of Lukaku, Rashford, Martial, Lingard and the player formerly known as Sanchez, a player would much more fancy themselves to break into our attack than Barca’s.

Add to that their loan for the redevelopment of the bernbau

Sancho is not coming for anything less than what Dembele was sold for. On top of that he's English and this is Woodward. Saul also has an extremely long contract with Atletico, didn't he sign a 9 year deal 2 years ago? He's also not coming for 60m.

We should be all over Eriksen. Man has 12 months left. Woodward has to be in his agents ear talking up a move already.

All this talk about being ruthless and getting rid of dross...We've already given contracts to Young and Jones, and offered a contract to Mata.
This. We need to stop talking and start delivering in the transfer market.

Werner would be a good option if Ole just wants a backup to Rashford. But IMO we need a proper striker, forget all the build up play and all the other aspects, we need someone who knows how to put the ball in the back of the net. This is very important for us since we create so little. And so if we are going for a striker, we should be looking at someone who can finish very well, even convert half chances into goals

Link looks rather misleading. It's just rehashing a link with Meunier.
It's also The Express which is pure garbage and therefore not allowed. Nobody seems to give a shit about the banned list anymore for some reason though.

Yeah, when he can leave West Ham for Chelsea or Liverpool or Arsenal or Spurs?
How on earth are Chelsea and Arsenal in a better position than us? Also Chelsea just bought Jorginho and Arsenal just bought Lucas Torreira, don't think they would be looking for a new player so soon.
And lastly I know our 'fans' think our club is utter shite, but I'm sure we are still attractive to players

Agreed compared to Barca, but we're not the only club who would want him.

So Timo Werner, Jovic and Icardi all available this summer. Still doubt we will buy a striker this summer but Werner or Jovic would be nice. Only issue is what we do with our other forwards. I assume it would be the end of Lukaku, maybe Martial too. I doubt it would have a massive effect on our team either, unless we sort out the midfield and wings.

We should be all over Jovic.
Very hyped here in Serbia, has skill and a lot of determenation. Could become great in the future. Will most likely demand CL football though, if you litsen/believe to what he and his father say.
