Anyone else feel like there is no such thing as “the top six” anymore? It’s the top two.
It still exits since there is still a big gap between 6 and 7.Anyone else feel like there is no such thing as “the top six” anymore? It’s the top two.

You don't during a few friendly games in 1 month either. Feel like everyone throw all the hope usually on a good preseason. Last season everyone was hoping Sanchez will be great again once he has a good preseason. I get the idea about the hope but don't put much expectations that after a few friendly games in 1 month the team will look 180 degree different. You are setting yourself up for a disappointment. It's more just building the team up physically for what you want to do. You never have the time to do that during a season, pre season you set the foundations but the results themselves arent important. It's the training they do that matters.
Yes. Will be without Son and Foythe for the last PL game. Unless Son's red card rescinded. What just happened with tottenham, another defeat?
And 2 players got sent off, they are lucky as it should have been 3. Dier should have been sent off too. What just happened with tottenham, another defeat?

Wow, still in top 4 race if arsenal or Chelsea drop points and we win 6.And 2 players got sent off, they are lucky as it should have been 3. Dier should have been sent off too.
Plus Everton the last game... Without son or Kane and a cl semi final in betweenAnd 2 players got sent off, they are lucky as it should have been 3. Dier should have been sent off too.
No chance.Yes. Will be without Son and Foythe for the last PL game. Unless Son's red card rescinded.
This season yes, but it's not like Liverpool have been finishing top 2 all the time.Anyone else feel like there is no such thing as “the top six” anymore? It’s the top two.
Yeah but, there has been a top 6 for 3 seasons now with it being the same 6 teams. This is the first season that those two teams were both far ahead of everyone.Bigger gap between 2 and 3
Good. Let's hope Everton are in the mood to finish the season in style and we don't feck up.No chance.
It's because the other 3 teams are in woeful form also.We blew it ages ago, never thought we'd win yesterday especially when we went in level at half time. Amazing to see people still talking about us having a chance, why do you do it to yourselves?
What incredible is when you realise they've lost 13 games this season...and are still 3rd.What just happened with tottenham, another defeat?
That possibility has existed for at least half a season. One win would've made it different, one loss would've made it worse, no point worrying about spilt milk.Hard to digest the fact that there's a posibility Spurs, City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea will all play CL football next season while we will have to play on thursday nights. Even harder to digest the fact that just one more fecking win would have made things look so different for us.
Its not fixed right now.. Tottenham play Everton next.. A loss there and anything is possible. Arsenal have to play burnley away.Hard to digest the fact that there's a posibility Spurs, City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea will all play CL football next season while we will have to play on thursday nights. the drop in performances after his appointment is clearly more than a coincidenceWould that have meant we weren't going to miss sitters vs wolves and good chances vs Arsenal and beat city?
probably trueDo Spurs deserve top 4 with the shite served up in the last few months? Do Arsenal with their joke away form?
We just seem to be the worst of a bad bad bunch of top 4 contenders.
That's why I'm not even contemplating all those permutations that somehow let's us back in next week.probably true
it's different for us as we fought so hard to get back into it just to throw away chance after chance.....
it's the hope that gets you
That's not true, only way finishing 4th doesn't get CL place is if Spurs win the CL and finish 5th and whoever finishes 6th win the EL.Top 4 may not be enough to secure CL football next season. If Arsenal or Chelsea win the EL and end up outside top 4, only the top 3 will play in the CL. Basically, Everton have to beat Tottenham to leave United i chance.
We were in that top two last season so no.Anyone else feel like there is no such thing as “the top six” anymore? It’s the top two.
The only way top 4 does not make the CL is if Spurs win the CL and finish outside the top 4. If Chelsea or Arsenal win it a finish outside the top 4 then 5 PL sides make the CL like they did 2 seasons ago.Top 4 may not be enough to secure CL football next season. If Arsenal or Chelsea win the EL and end up outside top 4, only the top 3 will play in the CL. Basically, Everton have to beat Tottenham to leave United i chance.
I think you and Spurs will get those places, not Arsenal. Not trolling here, but lads just dont do it to yourselves, top 4 is gone. Us and/or Arsenal are not both dropping points tomorrow. Utd have put up a good fight, but its gone
im not pretty confident we will get it. We need a win tomorrow, and a draw at worst to leicester, i thinkI think you and Spurs will get those places, not Arsenal.
Arsenal have burnley away and tottenham have Everton. It's not over until last day now. Too many possibilities. Not trolling here, but lads just dont do it to yourselves, top 4 is gone. Us and/or Arsenal are not both dropping points tomorrow. Utd have put up a good fight, but its gone
fair point i think burnley may hold arsenal to a draw. brighton will get ruined IMOArsenal have burnley away and tottenham have Everton. It's not over until last day now. Too many possibilities.
Arsenal got Brighton too who are in it with relegation fight.
Not anymore, Cardiff have been relegated.Arsenal have burnley away and tottenham have Everton. It's not over until last day now. Too many possibilities.
