Ulster were dominant there. Miss stockdale massively though when attacking
Our season is over A very hopeful one though. A load of loose ends, but Friend has a huge amount of goodwill now, he's been a fantastic appointment.Ulster were dominant there. Miss stockdale massively though when attacking
Can't agree with that, but that's literally for another thread.Paddy Jackson signing for london Irish. Good for him
All from that tackle on Sexton. Leinster looked out on their feet at the end there.Feckin hell, fine margins. Instead of seeing out the half relatively comfortably ahead, Leinster go in all square. Surprisingly poor game management from them.
Not confident for them this half. The only thing is attrition might be on their side with Saracens losing their props. All from that tackle on Sexton. Leinster looked out on their feet at the end there.
Think Saracens are doing quite well at Allianz Park. I live about 45 minutes away and go time to time, always been a good day out.Would love Saracens to build a purpose-built rugby stadium in London, set permanent roots and build a true local fan-base as London's Premier team. My rugby knowledge isn't that extensive, how have fans of the London clubs like Saracens, Irish and Wasps coped with all the stadium changes? Is it difficult for them to build a good fan base?
Watching on TV, it went both ways. Brown should have walked for his "tackle" on McGrath. Kearney could have easily got red for his brainless moment. Things like these don't even it up though - they make it disappointing how inconsistently reffed games are now.Just back from Glasgow vs. Leinster. Gutted. Thought we were on the receiving end of some harsh refereeing decisions but will have to watch it back to check as hard to tell at the match.
Nice one Israel, kill Aussie rugby.

In other news, u20 World Cup is on at the moment. Ireland had a big win over England yesterday in a game that included a fairly bad red card.

Yup Saturday, all the matches seem to be played on the same day. When is our next match?
Did you happen to see any of Ireland's game yesterday? An Irish jackaler's knee got blown out by an Italian launching himself into the ruck from the side. Not even a penalty given. This seriously needs to be looked at too, and fast, or there's going to be ACLs popping on a regular basis. Potential career enders too. Dan Leavy will be out for a full year with his.Good luck to the junior Wallabies in their semi final. I hope World Rugby re-asses their well intended high tackle crackdown after the tournament though.

I watched the SA NZ game and one of the Kiwi's appeared to tackle the junior Springboks scrumhalf late, with no arms, contact to the chin with force. The Aussie ref looked at the tackle on the big screen and deemed the tackle to be a penalty only so the crackdown isn't even consistent. The refs excuse was the shadow of the black jersey making it difficult to see where the 1st point of contact was.Did you happen to see any of Ireland's game yesterday? Yep, his career path in management is progressing nicely, isn't it! I wonder would he be interested in international management at all if club level continues to go so well for him.By the way, Ronan O'Gara has been appointed head coach of La Rochelle : https://www.bbc.com/sport/rugby-union/48610056
