People here have a hard on for Ceballos. He is not good enough. Possibly worse than Kovacic who was a darling around here and is basically a nothing player. Isco is nothing to shout about either. He played for great teams, is good at dribbling but not productive enough at the end of the day.

How will that work in the case of our 25% value. Say they swapped Zaha for just 2 of he players and no cash?
I would assume that our clause pertains to strictly cash, so in that case I think we get nothing. That’s just my opinion of course, since we’re not privy to that information.

Beggars can’t be choosers Arsenal. 45 mill plus is peanuts for an attacking English player. With payed that much for a FB with 1, 1 and a half good seasons. Zaha is way more important to CP and is an attacker. But getting players in return makes sense for Palace. Say the fee is 30 mill plus two players, they get to keep 22.5 mill and also two good to Ok players as compared to a fee of 60 mill, where they only get 45 mill

Despite agenda-fueled tripe about how it 'dragged on' it's good that United moved quickly to get AWB done before Palace got dragged into a bitter fight over Zaha.

Props to Woodward for some good work on that deal.

I'm not a huge Zaha believer, but in this market 45m is a pathetic offer

To quote (or rather paraphrase) Jesus, the others are just giving a very small portion of what they have but the widow is giving away all she has and so her small contribution is more than all the others. Arsenal, abandoned by their owners are much like the widow in the story. But the problem is that Jesus ain’t a Crystal Place board member.

Pass. Will never forgive Dembele for his ineptitude in the CL semis this year.
