Pogba barely getting games when he was 18 with us. Pogba joined Juventus & played regular game when he was 19. I don’t see why can’t we do the same on Gomes while we aren’t challenging the league.

He will make mistakes without doubt but what a talented boy needs is a confidence. The more confidence the player has the less mistake he will make.
 
He’s proper tiny ain’t he. Be good to see how much time he gets on the tour.
 
Don't want Scott bash but this is an example about size over substance. Gomes needs to be playing and if we are waiting for his body shape to significantly change, it's not gonna happen.

Or maybe we should just be patient with Gomes and realise that both are good players in their own way.
 
Amazing ability on the ball. In a swuad full of players that cannot play, he really should get many minutes of we intend on playing the right way.
 
We need to tie him down to a new contract. I can see some clubs smelling already buying him for free, the usual suspects
 
Looks like a classy player, which you'd need to be at 5ft 3in. He makes Mata look big.

He signed a contract in December 2017, I’m guessing it was for 4 years, so another 2.5 years left.

United always add a +1 option to recent contracts though, so possibly 3.5 years left
 
Been saying it for ages.... Guy is so talented and intelligent as a player. Just needs to be trusted despite being physically small. He'll be fine. Just needs a big enough role.

How can we give a contract to Andreas when this kid looks like he has so much more potential boggles my mind.
 
I think he's ready to be part of the first team this season along with Greenwood. Don't have much hope for Chong though.
 
His technical ability is so good. Hopefully he will be part of first team this season.
 
Supposedly he was upset when Ole described him as physically lacking. If he starts getting game time next season then I’m sure he’ll stay as he’s united through and through.
 
Looked our best player today as far as I'm concerned. Obviously it's only a half against Perth Glory, but I think he'll get a fair amount of games this season, especially given his versatility.
 
Explosive talent. Still only 19, so hopefully gonna improve more and more.
 
Feels good seeing technical players on the pitch. Sign Angel a new contract NOW
 
Love to see him push Lingard hard and eventually overtake him.
