Stenkelberg / Holgate / Baines / Schneiderlin / Davies / Walcott / Calvert-Lewin

Its not a bad team at all - perhaps a new centreback would help but other than that on their day they can give any of the top teams a game and will probably give some of the lower teams a torrid time in some games

7 of that team signed since Silva took over which really is some going (and apparently he wants a few more before the transfer deadline) - hes doing a pretty good job there I think
Delph in midfield to replace Gueye won't work.

If they could have kept gueye, they'd look good for a top 4 dark horse.

So it's looking like this then? Although he might not risk putting Gbamin straight in.

Juventus fans must be livid that Kean and Dybala are on their way out.

The top 6 will still be the top 6, but there seems to be a significant lift in the quality of the mid-table teams these season. Everton will be an interesting watch. Might actually win the Everton Cup this season!

What's on Juventus mind? They are absolutely insane for letting both Dybala and Kean go.

Higuain must have some dirt on Sarri.

Talk of Mandzukic going aswell. Still wouldn't shock me if Icardi is Juventus player by end of August.

So no buy back clause for Juve? Strange.

Rumours are we are still trying for Zouma and another winger to start instead of Bernard. Wouldn’t be surprised also if we are looking at RB too as Coleman is 30 now and as much as I love him we should be looking to ease him out in the next few seasons.

Great signing though. Bit horny.

Everyone seems to forget Kean contract with Juventus was until 2020, and his agent is Raiola. Sometimes things are more complicated than it seems from the outside.

Kean especially. Youth product who scored almost every chance he had? Imagine the fan reaction if Man United sold Greenwood because your wage bill needed was too high.
Especially if it’s because they signed Aaron bloody Ramsey on a 300k a week deal

Everton really are having a great window - given how well ye finished the season (destroying us 4-0 and adapting to Silva's system), I can see ye having a great 2019/20 season. A top 6 challenge for sure, and maybe even a Champions League spot candidate?

Wonder what the Glazers make of the clubs finishing below us spending money, and spending it well. Kean's inexperienced for sure, but he's a massive talent. Add him to the likes of Sigurðsson, Gomes and Richarlison and that's a potent attack. Good times ahead at Goodison Park.

Nice are ruthless. Will be interesting to see how they eventually dispose of ronaldo.
They never used to be very ruthless right? They're coming off as a club trying very hard to be Real Madrid.

In theory it should be good enough to get in the top six and claim a Europa League spot but there are so many teams improving like Wolves, West Ham and Leicester...will be a interesting battle in the middle of the table.

Sigurdsson and Richarlison should be able to feed Kean plenty of balls, good move for him

Weird transfer this.

First because Juve sold him in the first place and second because a better team than Everton wasn’t in for him. Massive coup for them.

The "Top 2" were 25 points ahead of 3rd. While the "Top 6" were 9 points ahead of 7th last season. It's far more likely that next season there will be an expansion to the so called "top 6", since no one talked about it in 2016 when Leicester won the the title and Southampton came 6th. Or when Everton finished 5th every other year under Moyes.

Really interesting signing for Everton, I'm curious to see how he develops in the PL, only seen a bit of him but there's potential.
