Grates a bit how ex players who were totally shite for us last season get to play Champions League football. Petty I know, but still.

I think if you're in Pot 1 you can't complain about the group being tough if you dodge Valencia/Leverkusen and perhaps Leipzig. Pot 1 and Pot 2 are simply stronger bar Zenit, Shakhtar, Ajax and maybe Benfica.

No real group of death possible imo for the top clubs in Pot 1 or 2. A group of death would look something like Zenit, Benfica, Lyon, Leipzig where there would be fierce competition for every spot.
 
I miss being in the champions league. Feels like half the season is missing when we’re not in it :(

They worked 11 years for this and collected enough points in the EL in the last 5 years (nearly on their own because of our other "topclubs" :rolleyes:)
 
Could not give less of a shit when were not in it.

Europa League is the real quiz anyway...

Don't worry friend, we can go to cities like Molde and Bumfknowhere in Moldova instead.

At least the Europa League has somewhat become entertaining over the last few years, despite the tier2 status.

Would prefer them in knock out rounds if we get thru. Would rather a chance to put them out.
