My personal fave was the failed backflick
Because every time he plays it's like we're playing with 10 menWhat's up with everyone being happy about an injured player in an already thin squad.
You happy a player is injured?Because every time he plays it's like we're playing with 10 men
I really don't care what happens to LingardYou happy a player is injured?
But Lingard cares about you, man. He cares if you're starving or don't have money, or sick. Because you're Manchester United fan.I really don't care what happens to Lingard
He is about to get a new contract if we go by the mediaThe only way I'll change my vote from sack to keep is if Lingard is the FIRST player Solskjaer sells in January.
AgreedI really don't care what happens to Lingard
There have been a few over the past few months that have done exactly that sadly.Nobody is wishing injury on him, however nobody is arsed that he's injured.
Unlucky He’s been unlucky for 3 yearsHad our best chance when he came on. Got into a great position, but was unlucky with his shot. Hope his injury isn't too serious. Whatever people say about him, we need our all of our players.
Yeah but to be fair to the lad he had a lot on his mind with his GCSE's going on.Unlucky He’s been unlucky for 3 years
Quite the opposite - apparently he's on the verge of signing a new contract! His time at the club is slowly but surely coming to an end.
His position isnt that "thin". Lingard is used as "10" almost all of the time. Pereira and Mata also play there and they arent worse (also not better) than Lingard. It is also Gomes his position and even Pogba could play there. If Martial ever comes back from injury even Martial could play there behind the striker or Rashford/Greenwood to play behind Martial from Lingard his spot. What's up with everyone being happy about an injured player in an already thin squad.
Never say never.Everyone can see it apart from Ole. Lingard is a personification of what Ole has claimed is 'The United Way' - English, academy product, (not) young. Therefore, dropping him or Rashford would seem like Ole's drifting away from the ethos that got him the job in the first place. Lingard will never be away from the first team, as long as Ole is here.
I’ve seen the Chinese make some weird decisions with buying players, but surely they are not that stupid. Or are they? Why keep some saying we should sell him? Who would be stupid enough to pay money for him let alone pay his wages?
Giving him a new contract would be the next chapter in a story full of abysmal decision.
Maybe he can go to China or US.
Shout out to Beckham: You will never get Messi so this is the second best option?
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. But if it’s broke, you darned well need to fix it. Lingard has been broken for a long long time and Ole does nothing about it. So hopefully with him out of the team for a few weeks or a month someone else will step up and Ole will finally make the decision to replace him on a permanent basis. What's up with everyone being happy about an injured player in an already thin squad.
Watch what happens if their boy ever scores a goal again. There's a silent hoard of them. That still exists?
Worse. He made looks like we're 10 against 12Because every time he plays it's like we're playing with 10 men
You seem nice.I really don't care what happens to Lingard
I don't think there are any left to be honestBeen a really long time since his acolyte fans have been able to spam this thread with 'take that haters' comments.
feel the samewould never be happy about an injury to a player, but at the same time, i'm not upset in the slightest.
There are, there's at least one anyway.I don't think there are any left to be honest
