Plays a lot better when he’s not leading the line.

Some free kick.

13 Goals and 4 assists against top six opposition. One hell of an impressive stat for a 21 year old.

And that’s why we got rid of Lukuku who scored 1 goal in 27 (IIRC) appearances against top 6 sides.

Your post will be out of date in 47 mins when he turns 22!

Big game player.

Fantastic free kick, not keen about the new stuttery penalty run up

I wonder if he's better at longer distance free kicks didnt he or Ole say he scored one from 30 yards when Ole first took over? He seems to get a lot of power on them, too much for closer ones. It would be interesting to see the distance for free kicks he's scored vs free kicks he's missed, no idea where youd find such stats or if they even exist

Absolute screamer of a free kick. So glad to see him nail one. I thought when he converted the pen it would give him a lift and lead to a good performance but he struggled badly up until the screamer. No shots that I can remember, never beat a man or even looked like doing so. That was worrying but his free kick lifted him from a 5 to a 7 for me.

Moments player, but the freekick was stunning.

Looks to be injured though. Is he out for a substantial amount of time?

Has been in very good form since last week. Pair him up with a #9 and he'll keep scoring.

Happy Birthday Marcus!

Since that first game (his debut), he's scored more goals for the club than any other player (52).
He's quickly becoming one of our best players. I've got absolutely no time for his detractors on here. We've not got into November yet and he's already building and impressive personal highlight reel for the season.

Said it before the season started, the stats say he's on course for 15+ PL goals this year and to be honest if he keeps this up I wouldn't be too shocked to see 20.

He was lacking confidence but now that seems to be improving. Hopefully he can put a decent run together with lots of goals.
When he scored the opening goal for England in Bulgaria I thought to myself that this could be the end of his dip, early days yet but he seems to have some confidence back and with the return of Martial someone to share the burden with.

International break was very good for him.

He's 22 now and hopefully he keeps this up and gets 15-20.

I always felt this was the season to judge whether he was going to be good enough long-term.

Its madness to expect anything other than inconsistency from a younger player and it was plain to see he's been improving year on year.

I swear, whenever we winning and he gets subbed he always walks off the pitch slightly limping.

Is that how he walks around in real life? Is it some sort of gangsta thing? I blame Jesse Lingard.

Crip walking as a time-wasting tactic?

Apparently he picked up a knock. To be fair he doesn't usually get subbed off unless he's done himself a mischief.

He was pictured at full time with an ice pack on his knee/shin. Must have taken a small knock.

Doubt he'll miss any games, didn't seem to be anything serious.

Scorer of great goals, rather than a goalscorer.

Hope they develop him as a wide player and stop this #9 nonsense, his spatial awareness should improve if he continuously plays there.

An absolutely stunning free-kick.

I'll expect another one from him in a couple of years, after the next 99 hit the wall or trickle out for a goal kick ;)

I still can't believe he struck it so sweetly. Wow!

Just watching it again, and I dont think I truly appreciated what he done at the time. Dont get me wrong, I was jumping and screaming everywhere. But my word, that is possibly the best free kick over ever seen a United player score in 20 years of watching. Simply perfect.

I still think Ronaldo was better.

Ronaldo's kind of defied logic is the ball movement and the corner it went in.

Rashford did a variation of a pacy whip free kick.

I have no idea what Ronaldo did.
